Stock camera app hangs when taking photos - Moto X4 Questions & Answers

Edit: clear data on Camera app fixed it, totally forgot to try that first :/
I'm on Magisk rooted Oreo and as the title says when taking pictures the camera hangs for a few seconds. I checked logcat and get the following errors when taking pictures, I tried google but could not find anything on those errors. Perhaps someone has any ideas what's wrong?

UPDATE: I reflashed my phone to .893 and rooted it. The app launched now and its creating the webtop now. Will try to update to .902 when its done.

Update problems

I also posted this in the general support thread but there are simply too many comments and nobody replied to mine.
Magisk Manager kept crashing on open, so I tried to update it but then it started complaining that it doesn't support the actual Magisk version in use (which is quite odd). When I tried to update that, everything broke:
ALL settings and modules are lost
The /system partition seems to have vanished: mount: can't find /system in /proc/mounts
Link2SD can no longer mount my second partition usd for app storage, I can mount it just fine manually but that doesn't help if it's expected to be there at boot time
These are pretty major issues. I had to restore a backup from both the boot and system partitions to get a working Android again.
Also, the Manager has a lot of trouble starting up. It will be stuck on the splash screen and I have to close it and reopen it twice/thrice before I actually get to the app. And then I have to get lucky and not have the Manager crash on me.
A logcat from around the crash:

ROG Phone II Mic/Speaker/Receiver stopped working

Hello everyone,
Something happened to my ROG II that caused my mic and speakers to completely stop working.
Had a call in the morning and everything was ok, two hours later another call and other person couldn't hear me.
I've rebooted the phone and after that audio stopped working too. I tried to use headphones but audio jack doesn't recognize them even though they work.
Also I noticed that games that worked before now crash on startup.
I haven't installed anything before the issue occured nor did I interact with the phone in any way between those two phone calls I mentioned.
I'm running Android 11 version 18.0210.2201.215
Also, I'll attach screenshots of errors I got in sound recorder and AudioWizard.
I would really appreciate some ideas or thoughts on what to do because in its current state the phone is pretty much useless.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I've tried to run phone in safe mode and also factory reset but it didn't help.
So I've managed to connect to the phone via adb and checked the logs with logcat. There is a constant spam of following messages:
06-30 14:51:00.115 2863 4748 E AudioSystem-JNI: AudioSystem::listAudioPorts error -19

Also, since now it takes significantly longer to reboot the phone, I looked at the boot logs and found several that look like they might be related to the issue but I'm not 100% sure:

Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause?
Is it software? Hardware? Is there even anything I can do about it?

Question Screen doesn't turn on anymore after locking

Hi,
Two days ago I flashed LineageOS 19 to my Note 10 5G using this guide. Everything worked pretty much how it's supposed to untill two nights ago. When I woke up and tried to open the device the screen didn't come back on. I rebooted and it worked fine again for the rest of the day.
This morning I had the same issue. But now the screen doesn't turn back on anymore when I try to unlock it. It just stays black and I have to perform a hard reboot. I have no idea where to start looking to be honest. I tried to search for the problem but I couldn't find anything.
Does anybody have clue?
Version of LineageOS: lineage-19.1-20230112-UNOFFICIAL-arm64_bgN.img
Here is een piece of the log of the moment when I press the power button to wake up the screen. Maybe it helps.

Magisk manager stuck on logo screen after rooting

I've managed to root my LG G7 Thinq (G710EM) by patching the boot image with Magisk on my freshly flashed os. It seems that it is rooted properly (root detectors say so and I can use su/magisk commands in the shell), but Magisk manager gets hard stuck on logo screen.
I've tried flashing different kdf and installing different Magisk versions (v26/25/24) and nothing helps.
I found this in android logs while starting the v26.1:
