[OSPREY] Moto G5s Plus bootanimation with sound and bootlogo - Moto G 2015 Themes and Apps

Hi, today I ported the Moto G5s Plus boot logo and boot animation to Osprey.
READ BEFORE INSTALLING
This was tested on XT1543
UPDATE: Now the bootanimation with sound is compatible with custom ROMs also.
The boot logo should be compatible with any ROM.
UPDATE 2: Not working on Oreo ROMs.
HOW TO INSTALL
You just flash these zip files through TWRP (latest version recommended). That's it.
Hope you like it!

Yes they are, if you want I can upload some pictures or videos so you can see, I think that's something I should have done in the first place. I'll update the post, thanks for making me notice this

Wow
Gonna try it

It should work as both ROMs use MP4 videos as boot animations. If you test it please tell me your results so I can update the first post, thanks!

Now working in custom ROMs
I managed to make the Bootanimation with sound work on custom ROMs by adding the proprietary MP4 binaries to the zip file, now the bootanimation is fully working.
The files were updated in the fisrt post.
Tried on LineageOS 14.1.

This is the Android 6.0 Marshmallow Bootanimation for ALL SAMSUNG devices. This will work on ANY Samsung device that is at least Rooted and uses QMG bootanimation files. Keep in mind that this is not a flashable zip, if unfamiliar with how to manually install these files and set permissions see my instructions gif. Also, keep in mind that this QMG format system that Samsung uses is old school, it has not been updated or supported in over 3 years, so please do not ask me to make this bootanimation more fluid. Instead ask Samsung to update their design tools, so we can have more fun.

Nice work! Just some feedback... animation frames are way too low (if you are aiming for the stock smooth looking one). On the S6 the bootanimation looks blurry and overwhelmingly big IMO.
EDIT: Sorry, I read the OP more carefully, I didn't know this can't be changed. But I've seen some S6 roms with the Samsung bootanimation running with modified and smoother frames.. hmm
@KachowPow Great job on this!
Thanks for the feedback! I've added a 2nd version to the OP. This one is not as large, it does play all the way through, you should notice a quick Android bleep at the end of the playback as a result of the bootsamsungloop.qmg file. None-the-less this one should present better.

Both are working, I hope you didn't flash them as they are non-flashashable. In case re-read the op and take a look at the instructions to make sure all steps are correct.
Nice work
It's working now. Problem with permissions.

Awesome!
Is this lollipop compatible? I was looking for a new bootlogo, and noticed that some threads say if it's flashed on lollipop it'll brick, so wanted to be sure.
Also, I think what he meant by wifi calling text was something like this.

Hey this is really awesome ! Can you make one more please :fingers-crossed:
If you've ever used 4.4.4 XNPH44S you'd recall the old cyanogen boot animation, the thing is that guys have ported the bootanimation but the logo is different on roms > 5.xx thus the transition from logo to bootanim looks odd, so can you please make one logo with old xnph44s starting screen (image). it'll be a great help, and if not, can you tell me the location from where I can extract the logo, I have a zip of 4.4.4 .

Droid Turbo Stock bootanimation for custom ROMS (CM, RR...)

Hi,
When migrating from stock to custom ROMs, I wanted to keep the stock boot animation but the format wasn't compatible (.mp4 instead of .zip). I didn't find it here so I made a .zip bootanimation from the video.
Please note that there is no sound in the .zip file as it's not supported by Cyanogenmod, LineageOS etc.
All credits to Verizon for the original video (I guess) !
Preview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXmYjmsbewE
Instructions:
1) Download: https://mega.nz/#!Qzhn2IIJ!yXXhxqlRZ0FB86656CeVPT6Y9RsYO__px8_bHs3Z-QQ
2) Rename to bootanimation.zip
3) Put it in /system/media
Edit: This is the Verizon Droid Turbo bootanimation. Maybe it's more related to the Droid Turbo (XT1254) forum, but it's still fully compatible with Moto Maxx. Most of unlocked Droid Turbo users are on the Moto Maxx forum, that's why I accidentally posted it here, sorry.
Hello
I have XT1254 from FW lineage 14.1 (android 7.1)
Unfortunately, Bootanimation does not work.

You used bootanimation.zip in aicp extra right? Or you used flashable boot animation?
Flashable boot animation should be used only in twrp
Use bootanimation.zip for other methods

I tried both methods but couldn't get AICP to apply it correctly. It gave me the animation preview when I used the correct one in AICP Extras but it still didn't work. Doesn't matter, though, since flashing in TWRP did the job.

Changing boot animation will not resolve the bootloop. I'm flashing the .zip rom directly from the link in the first post.

Yes it can be a daily driver some guys faced bootloop but it can be fixed with flashable boot animation zips otherwise no bugs to tell
After 1 week of use, here is my review for the ROM
1. Battery - Doesn't drain very fast. There's a loss of about 5% of battery at night (might depend on your battery though)
2. Stability - Very stable ROM. No freezes or crashes till now. Although, sometimes the system UI crashes and you have to reboot but couldn't find any reason of this crash.
3. Performance - Tried playing PUBG Mobile Lite, kinda laggy but playable.
4. Features - There are a tons of customization options in this ROM which might not be there in all ROMs.
EDIT: A lot of problems with Chrome and other browsers where Chrome will crash and other browsers won't load anything. I won't recommend using this ROM unless you don't want to root your phone.
