WiFi drains battery even though it's off.

My battery started to drain when idle, and it wasn't like that before. In GSAM it says most of it goes to the WiFi, but it's off! What should I do?

HTC services always running

I've noticed on certain Roms HTC services is always running.

Autosetting service. Is this normal? Because I can tell when it significantly impacts my idle drain.
Any idea what it's from?

Since I disabled those apps, I improved my battery performance

Try deleting whatsapo bro. Or dissable whtasapp notifications and restrict background usage of whatsapp.

Battery Health Evaluation

So it's been about a week or so and I noticed that the battery capacity ( battery Health ) was stuck on evaluating where it's at and I've tried restart, update and even toggling things on and off. What do you guys think the issue might be. Here's a screenshot of the matter.

I don't have that setting into the menu ...

neither do I have it

I think it's cause I'm on harmony I have the Chinese version
