INSTRUCTIONS
- Make total wipe and format data in A and B partitions

- Reboot forcedly in fastboot mode with vol - and power, and after return to TWRP
- Finally flash (without reboot the phone) Gapps Pico arm64 8.1 and Magisk in slot where is installed the system (you can easily understand this in the backup section of TWRP and see the system partition how space take)
- Make the first setup with the Wifi connected!
- Enjoy with Viper OS!

This flashing instructions are weird. Why we can't just boot from official TWRP and install like every other rom?
So is the stock cam included as the default camera app?
If yes, why don't you use snapdragon cam or gcam?

You should be able to. He just made these instructions for better compatibility. Otherwise you can just flash as usual without formatting.
This was my fav rom when it arrived for 7.1.2 for tissot . The version is now 8.1.0 gotta try it asap . Thanku developer @fosseperme

How to Install
First download the Rom, Place to sdcard (Link bellow)
Use My New TWRP Recovery or CTR v3.3 (Link bellow)
Reboot to Recovery
Backup your current Rom
Then Full Wipe From Advanced Option (Except Sdcard)
Now Install Rom,
After complete, wipe cache & dalvik cache,
Reboot & enjoy

May be your not aware of PAC and Temasek ROM we have even received TEMASEK Cm12.1, These two ROMS say that

INSTRUCTIONS
- BOOT to twrp and wipe both slots. If you are on A then after wiping it change to B and wipe and vice-versa. Make also a format data, otherwise you will take a bootloop.
- REBOOT TO bootloader and again BOOT TO twrp and then flash this latest rom https://drive.google.com/open?id=1vd-R13dBhwGWP66Fln1wK6jmCgUmi7Fk
- again reboot to bootloader and boot to twrp and flash magisk and gapps
- Install Gboard (link) because the keyboard is not present
- BT is broken and gives force close so turn bt off and download this fix, and paste the files in their respective folders. (Needs root)

I have a very good news to share and some bad news too. We finally have Pie here for our beloved Nexus 5 aka hammerhead (i just love the codename). It's based on AOSP 9.0.0r3 with August 5 security patch. It's at a very early stage and many things are broken. If anyone wants, please do help move it further. So I tested out most of the things and here are the results:
#1. The SIM Card does get registered and I was able to make a call but it is extremely buggy. I was going on No service very frequently(almost every 2 seconds) and mobile data isn't working at all. When I did get signal and place a call, it was automatically going on mute but the call did connect. If i try to manually register the entire thing crashes.
#2. ADB Doesn't work at all.
#3. Camera too doesn't work.
#4. I was greeted with "there's a problem in your device. contact manufacturer" message.
#5. Notification LED works.
#6. Hotspot works. (Buggy UI though)
#6. MTP doesn't work on mine . idk why
Overall , the rom is extremely fluid and buttery smooth and with these fixes , it can surely become much more usable.
