Yes with them editor. Open stock theme, choose another theme navigation bar only.

I still couldnt find the touchwiz icons notification bar icons. What is the HEX number for the blue color in touchwiz.
I just want to change height of the navbar without installing any other app I know it has to do with the systemui file, is there any kind soul out there that has modded the height to say... 32?

I would assume the ROM has Layers support, if so then you could use Layers.

I noticed that the Notification and Navigation Bar doesn't get transparent with some Launchers like Action Launcher3 Pro, Arrow Launcher etc. Do somebody have the same issues?
Im running Stock 5.1.1 with custom Material Design Theme.
