The prerequisite for flashing my Rom is Full wipe.
If u Dirty flash . Its on you!
Installation Instructions:
Option 1
- Format data
-Advanced Wipe - Wipe everything except efs, extsd
-Flash my Rom (Choose Aroma stuff carefully. Its different from other Roms- Those Debloat options are to remove. Not Install!)
-Reboot
-Setup the 1st Boot stuff.
-Reboot to TWRP
-Flash CSC
-Reboot.
-Done
Now encryption in your phone is removed!
Option 2: A select few users cant boot the Rom
Since Encryption removal script is causing bootloop in your phone. We will skip it for now
Steps:
- Format data
-Advanced Wipe - Wipe everything except efs, extsd
-Flash my Rom (Choose Aroma stuff carefully. Its different from other Roms- Those Debloat options are to remove. Not Install!)
-Choose No root Option
-Reboot
-Setup the 1st Boot stuff.
-Reboot to TWRP
-Flash Magisk

-Reboot.
-Done
-Encryption is still intact.
Option 3
Corrupted Zip File
I used heavy compression on the Rom to reduce its size.
So while Copy pasting some error may have occurred in your Phone or PC
I will use light compression from next time to prevent this issue!

It has Exynos chip correct? I think It will work on Korean Varient. Since I havent tested I cant say for sure. Just Dont flash Bootloader or Modem.

Doing RC is quite troublesome. I Cannot make RC without 3 to 4 RC devs.
Making RC is not a problem. But everytime a new base comes out I or RC Devs have to redo all the mods, Which is a problem.
Its like a small company cant do bigger things without backup lol

This rom for international s7e only , korean variant has different cpu so it wont work at all , i guess its snapdragon not exynos

I havent tried downgrading modem as it doesnt create any issues.
If you have doubts u can just skip modem installation. Oreos roms works perfectly with nougat Bootloader and modems for now.
If u are never gonna use odin and always use custom roms then you can upgrade modem now. U will not face any issues in future.
If u plan on using odin. U better wait for someone else to confirm this.
I will upload a flashable modem zip for you in case u want to flash modem in future and choose to skip it in Aroma.

Hi,
You don't need root and install recovery.
Just update AOJ4, (because modem is not include in my rom) by Odin, kies or using "Settings".
Once you update flash once more by Odin but with my rom.

Nope, its unusual for a custom rom not to be deodexed.
Maybe should provide a deodex version too?

Great, then we can put xposed! I am specially interested for app settings module (need a little bigger ui in some apps). All other this 8.0 tab is perfect and much more practical for use than 9.7 model

Because it's based on a Chinese ROM and as I understood it doesn't include Gapps as default
But I'll dig into it
I just flashed your ROM exactly as the instructions said, and I encountered these problems:
#1: The aroma-installer window was 100% transparent, it was really hard to read the options in the installer as the TWRP-text was overlapping.
#2: As someone previously said, Touchwiz and SystemUI error.
A thought, remove the "Iris" and "Fingerprint" options in the first setup, as they are completely useless right?

Not much apps that I had remove like Microsoft apps, some gapps, samsung apps. Still got some bloatware that you can remove manually. So far I got no lockscreen delay.
Alright, I have tested your custom rom and I have a few things to say.
- Wifi doesn't work
- Status bar only shows one sim
- Dolby ATMOS works, would like to know where and how you got it so I can try it on my stock ROM
- How did you completely remove knox? I would like to know this also cause I can't use private browsing in the samsung browser or the s health.
Previous firmware was from a deodexed russian nougat stock.

- For s health you need to change this line ro.config.tima=1 to ro.config.tima=0 in build.prop. No problem for me for using private browsing.

Thank you for the effort, I will try to test your next release.
The dolby soundmod is just the next best thing ever.
I retried to use the rom again to do some further testing, it seems that bluetooth is working but wifi and cellular data is not picking up. The no encrypt zip still does a 5 second delay when unlocking the phone with a zip or a pattern. I suggest not flashing the zip.
As for the knox, particularly I want to remove the knox version which can be found inside software information. I have already removed apps that relate to knox however Samsung internet still gets stuck in "importing data to secret mode". Completely removing it might solve this issue and probably to give myself a peace of mind..

i've had some performance issues with Hades 2.6 and 3.0 ... sometimes the phone just freezes for a couple of seconds randomly (probably bcz ram is full) ... anyways i have a few questions :
is this based on the Hades Kernel ? is it compatible with the A500FU ? ( i'll probably test it before you reply on this x) but just to be sure ) ... ill also flash the samsung edge bar because how damn that thing is usefull

EDIT : took me some time but the rom actually works with the a500fu varient using to A500H kernel ... all the others cause bootloops ! there is a little bit of bloatware (probably depends on country) as for me i didn't even have samsung music installed !
performance wise i was literally blown ... blazing fast performance with 0 lag and much much better than hades rom ... i also noticed color distortion at low brigthness but it's probably bcz it automatically enables blue light filter ..
i'm gonna try flashing edge features as i'm sure it works on nougat but will see the stability .... you nailed it so far dude ill test it in a few days for heavy multi tasking and battery life and report back !

I kept 3g on default and 2g u can switch it..but u need a restart i guess for it.

HOW I install twrp in my Samsung galaxy a5 model sm-a500h........I will try to flash our twrp......I will give flash ur twrp 3 time....but not show twrp.......always show samsung stock recovery mode......plz help me....

Multitasking : compared to other roms this one can do splitview heavy multi tasking while unzipping a file and listening to music on background and still has almost lag free experience while other roms suffer from the facebook app alone ... i dont know how you mad this possible ( and thats even without overclocking ) but your rom is probably more optimized than stock firmwares

if not working , download latest stock firmware ...install it via odin and follow those steps.

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Make sure that the buildnumber of this rom is the same as on your phone now, otherwise download the correct firmware and vendor flashable zips by SoLdieR9312 from his xda thread.
2. Make sure that you have TWRP installed, and boot into TWRP.
3. If your data partition is encrypted, then FORMAT data, if its not encrypted, and you come from a different rom, then you only need to wipe data.
If you come from a previous version of this rom, then you dont need to do anything.
4. If needed, flash the firmware and vendor zip files, if not needed, then continue with the next step.
5. Flash the rom zip, when its done you can boot into the system and enjoy!

Thanks for this however is there anyway to remove this Mein A1 app? I have no idea what it is as it's all in German. It's no able to be uninstalled even in titanium back up as it says no .akp file found

I have this rom installed on my own S9 too, and I have never seen the app, so I guess that it is included in the CSC.
Could you send a screenshot of the app info of the app? So then I can search for it in the rom zip and tell you how you can delete it .

It seems that that has to do with the CSC that it applies (OXM is multi CSC and when booting it chooses one of the CSC's inside, which is PHN in my case) and the CSC that your phone chose to use apparantly has that A1 app in it.
If you can tell me what CSC you have, I can check if there is a way to get rid of that A1 app.
Otherwise, you could always disable the app with an app like QuickDis which you can get from the Play Store.
what about battery drain? I saw that magisk can cause high battery drain. As it`s not completely compatible with our s9 plus

I saw people complaining about that indeed, but I didnt have any issues (on my S9 I get about 16h standby and 7-7.5h sot with 1.5-2h of gaming).

That is not possible, as your device selects a CSC based on your SIM card and possibly some other things.
You can check with the Phone Info app from the Play Store on what CSC your phone currently uses, then tell me what it says, so I can look into it and possibly fix the issue.

As you can see on the first screenshot, it says that the CSC version is OXM, but on the second screenshot it says that it is using PHN.

Thanks Arnhem much appreciated for your help its been driving me crazy for the past 2 days. Im just installing the ryan stock rom now again, i tried loads of different roms to see if it would get rid of the app but no luck. And Kies is useless it doesn't even recognize my phone just says connecting all the time. I was going to just reflash to stock and start again to see if that would help.

You're welcome Manchester, if it is done with flashing and you tell me the current CSC that it uses, I can try to get rid of all carrier bloatware on all CSC's, which would get rid of the A1 app in your case.
