Edit: Way to solve Problem:
Stive very thanks to my friend after a long time I fixed the phone. In order to do UNBRICK phone download this from link and than put phone into charge than connect phone to computer with usb and open "Flash tool" program than add “MT6757_Android_scatterr.txt” file than put it “Frimware Upgrade” than download and wait until it finished.

Became interested in this phone since I found a 6/128 model for 160$. If fastboot is failing (maybe because of the different partition size?) I'd go with SPFlashTool: if I remember well phone only need to be swithed off when you start downloading the image, therefore it goes well with bootloping if you choose the right moment

That's exactly what I'm saying: SPFlashTool doesn't require your phone to be in fastboot mode, only to be switched of when you plug it in. I had the same problem with an Archos Sense 55S after treying to root it. I wasn't able to enter neither fastboot or recovery mode, therefore I flashed the stock rom with SPFT

Which model are you using, the 6/64 or the 6/128?
For the former you can use a TWRP Backup done by @dreambo in order to restore at least the boot and and recovery partition
https://forum.xda-developers.com/maze-alpha/development/recovery-twrp-3-2-1-maze-alpha-x-t3740575
while for the latter a link in this post (https://forum.xda-developers.com/maze-alpha/development/original-rom-t3720714) is given ( eventually as soon as my phone arrives I can dump the image):

Hi ttl1982, before giving an answer I should know what are we talking about. Is it the same phone? And which version? What is the current situation (bootlooping into TWRP, bootlooping into Android)? Even assuming we're still talking about the Maze Alpha X, there are still too much variables!

I have Maze Alpha X 6/64 model. If “bootloader mode” doesnt open how can i install ‘twrp’ ? About Thread article i read everything but my only problem is my phone dont open “bootloader mode”. And only solution is stock rom i think than you need SPFlashTool to install it. Maybe you know better than me how can i install “twrp” without opening “bootloader mode” ? I wrote above why this happened.
I click Power and Vol+ buttons as i show in the video phone turn of but doesn’t open “bootloader mode”

No, even in the case you just want to boot into TWRP (and be able to use one of the backups provided in that post) you need to access fastboot mode. during bootlooping does your PC find the device with the "adb devices" command (namely, as soon as your phone boots up you'd spam this command via terminal)?

Hi, Thanks for your quick response. I will share some more info like you asked.
- Phone: Maze Alpha X
- Version: 6GB RAM/128GB Storage
- Current situation: It won't start at all (when connected to Windows PC i get the 'USB device not recognized' error, so it does see something)
My idea is the following:
- Install recovery with SPK flashtool
- Restore with backup (i have this from another thread) or the system dump.
The above does not work because i do not have the correct preloader file (so SPK flash tool does recognize the phone?).
ADB is not recognizing the phone, so it can't be done that way (as far as my knowledge goes).
I asked Maze several times to provide me the original rom but i get zero response, no matter on what channel i ask them.

I got this phone from my nephew. He broke it because he flashed the Maze Alpha (not X) 4GB RAM/64GB storage rom on it because he had TWRP bootloops.

Yes I was thinking the same. Eventually you do not need to install the recovery, restoring the bootloader should be enough: if the bootloader is already unlocked you can just boot into TWRP and from there restoring the backup previously copied into a SD card.
The above does not work because i do not have the correct preloader file (so SPK flash tool does recognize the phone?).

Well AFAIK Maze is completely done, no surprise if they do not answer. I'm reasonably sure that there's a way to dump these files from a working phone, if I'm right I'll try with mine

I tried when I click Power and Vol+ it does bootloop. But the only way to put phone into “bootloader mode” you need SPFlashTool. I dont know what can i do now. When phone was bootlooping i wrote several times “adb devices” but nothing happened

By the way, it seems that this very website (in particular here https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-468.html) hosts a guide to dump a Mediatek firmware SPFlashTool compatible, together with the necessary files, but guess what? What should i do exactly to use SPFlashTool ? What alternative ? When I connect my phone to pc it turn off turn on then power volume + and - buttons randomly and than turn on turn off stoped now it looks like this in the picture . Than i checked “adb devices” it says “waiting for devices”. The thing that “dreambo” shared “boot.alpha.x.img” and can i adjust this with SPFlashTool and install it ?

CWM does not detect my device

hello, I'm kinda desperate on installing recoveries on my phone
I'm following this guide over here
USB debugging mode is turned on, but it is not detected on the shell/command window
when I checked my device manager, my device driver is not found, I tried installing flash tool drivers, but I dunno where to search for these drivers, so I followed the way in this thread
and I found 4 drivers in the list:
- Android ADB interface
- Sony ADB interface
- Sony Composite ADB interface
- Sony Fastboot Interface
tried all the ADB interface but still give same result so I uninstalled the driver back to the way it was
Please help me as I'm really newbie at this and I wanna try Stryflex ROM, thanks
Note:
1. I already unlocked my bootloader, but someone in here said to unlock bootloader first so I assume that it will end the same way as LB
2. The error I received from the command window is "device not found"
3. Phone version C3502
4. currently still using stock ROM with 12.1.A.1.207 firmware, rooted with towelroot
5. I unlock the bootloader using the step on sony site
Bump, pls help anyone?

I strongly advise for you to START with another way and also use TWRP as a default recovery. CWM (and inherently PhilZ) are very old unsupported recoveries.
If you insist, you might want to install DoomLord's driver pack and try again: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2635830
If you wish to follow my method, please follow this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64449411&postcount=4

Nope, this is my only device
Like i said, i cant install recoveries like what the tutorial above said because it's not detected
Hence i cannot proceed to other thing because of the fear of me failing to install cusrom
If i can install recoveries, i can backup (CMIIW) and it's at least reassuring me to do other things, this is my first time doing this so knowing nothing makes me confused and a bit terrified of I fail

yes, and yes.
You can also point to the absolute path of the img file, but that would be complicated so copying would be easier. (welcome to the world of consoles (not the game consoles (command prompt)))

firstly I do install TWRP according to your guide over there using fastboot tools
the one with this command
Code:
fastboot flash boot twrp.img
then it shows message like this
http://www.iforce.co.nz/View.aspx?i=ivkcgknl.fyl.png
I then restart my device normally and it boots into recovery mode, in which then I make backup by selecting all the option to my external card, and proceed to reboot after it's done
it returns me to TWRP once again, and I reboot using "reboot system", it shows sony logo and then black screen for a few minutes, and I got sent back to TWRP once more, I've tried "reboot bootloader" menu too and the same result, I've repeat this for a lot of times and still same result pops out
sorry to bother you this late night and have a nice sleep

Oh i thought you were ready for flashing Stryflex!
Anyway the reason why it booted to the TWRP repeatedly is because of the reason that you flashed a recovery into the boot partition. Please re-read carefully the page that I linked you to
Anyway to boot back to your stock ROM, get yourself a "boot" stock component from this page: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=62447987&postcount=3
Flash it in the TWRP
sorry for the trouble.

I forgot to put the rom to my SD card and I don't have card reader
what to do with the files?
oh nvm, I somehow managed to learn how to move my files via adb command
thanks again for your help

Maybe hard bricked? Android won't start without PW after 3.1.3 update....never set pw

hello all....sooo..I have been attempting to bring my op3 to stock...so, I unrooted, applied the 3.1.3 update and UNCHECKED "OEM Unlocking" in dev options (i think that is where i screwed up) and went to the "all in one tool kit" and clicked on "lock bootloader"...it all went well, but when the phone rebooted, it is saying "To start android, enter password"..but I never even set a password..is there a default password or something I should be entering? also, I have tried to relock bootloader, format the phone..and obviously it is saying that "flashing not allowed" or "oem unlock is not allowed".......what in the world do I do to get this phone working again? Thanks a lot.
oh, also, I can't reboot back into TWRP, which seems obvious since the bootloader is now locked.
I can run fastboot commands of course, but nothing seems to stinking work here!
Device is not showing up when I run "adb devices"
I really appreciate any help! This is frustrating. I should have just kept the "oem unlocking" checked in dev options
update 1: hmm, well got an update....I just kept entering random passwords and it finally said "phone will be wiped after next failed attempt"..I was fine with that, so i typed something in...and the phone rebooted and it booted back up to a screen that says "decryption unsuccessful" the password you entered is correct, but unfortunatley your data is corrupt. To resume using your phone, you need to perform a factory reset...and it has a button at the bottom that says "reset"...so, i hit the "reset" button and the phone reboots and tried to go into recovery and the "one plus" boot logo flashes VERY quickly and then the phone just seems to shut down, screen goes black..I wait a bit and power the phone back on and it goes back to that same "decryption unsuccessful" screen...
I can NOT get into stock recovery (that was replaced with TWRP, anyway) or TWRP.....if i try to fastboot into recovery the phone will reboot and the "one plus logo" will flash very fast and then just go to a blank screen.....
update 2: I got adb to work...gonna play with that and see if I can do anything.
update 3: Here is a link to a video showing what I am talking about when I say the "oneplus logo" just flashes...
Video starts out with me just pushing the power button..then it looks like it is going to boot up..then hits that decryption unsuccessful screen..so, I tap reset, at this point, it will reboot and attempt to go into the recovery partition and wipe data...but, you can see that it just reboots and the one plus logo flashes, screen goes black and eventually the notification LED turns solid white.
so, next in the video..I power the device off and try to manually enter recovery mode (vol- + pwr) and same thing, oneplus logo flashes and blank screen. Anyway, here is the link to the video.

update 4: Level 2 OnePlus Support did NOT fix the issue. He didn't even give me a reason when I asked what the issue was, however, I did see that it failed out when he attempted to use the MSM tool. he escalated to the next level of support.
I wonder it it has the oneplus one bug to where if u relock ur bootloader u can't unlock it, also I don't think u need to relock if u r flash an OTA just unroot and refresh stock recovery (which no one has pulled yetyet, that has been tested), u may want to contact oneplus and see if they will give u that stock OS to fastboot files, also with the pw issues, all u had to do was boot into twrp and goto file manager and delete the pw key, it's somewhere in this forum that shows u how to do it, i think it's in one of the 3 trwp threads

hello all....sooo..I have been attempting to bring my op3 to stock...so, I unrooted, applied the 3.1.3 update and UNCHECKED "OEM Unlocking" in dev options (i think that is where i screwed up) and went to the "all in one tool kit" and clicked on "lock bootloader"...it all went well, but when the phone rebooted, it is saying "To start android, enter password"..but I never even set a password..is there a default password or something I should be entering? also, I have tried to relock bootloader, format the phone..and obviously it is saying that "flashing not allowed" or "oem unlock is not allowed".......what in the world do I do to get this phone working again? Thanks a lot.
oh, also, I can't reboot back into TWRP, which seems obvious since the bootloader is now locked.
I can run fastboot commands of course, but nothing seems to stinking work here!
Device is not showing up when I run "adb devices"
I really appreciate any help! This is frustrating. I should have just kept the "oem unlocking" checked in dev options

hmm, well got an update....I just kept entering random passwords and it finally said "phone will be wiped after next failed attempt"..I was fine with that, so i typed something in...and the phone rebooted and it booted back up to a screen that says "decryption unsuccessful" the password you entered is correct, but unfortunatley your data is corrupt.

Unfortunately, I can not boot into TWRP to do anything
I am pretty sure the problem is it won't boot into TWRP because the bootloader is now locked, again and I do not have stock recovery of course, since I installed TWRP.
Is there no way that you know of to relock the bootloader without having to actually go into the dev options and select "OEM unlocking"? any sort of command I can run? I can't seem to find any
Thanks, sir.

ok since ur recovery partition if f'd, u can be our guinea pig, download this "stock recovery" (download the recovery.emmc.win and rename to recovery.img and flash via fastboot (fastboot flash recovery recovery.img), this was the only stock recovery pulled via twrp, he did it as a twrp backup, can't do any more damage than u have now and let us know if it works so we can have a real stock recovery
if it does work and u get stock recovery u should be able to sideload the Oxygen OS 3.1.3 zip file and install and have a clean install, u may be able to unlockbootloader via dev options and fastboot
MAKE SURE U DOWNLOAD THE 1st FILE, NOT THE SECOND, ITS AN MD5 file and that wont work, the file should be about 64mb for the stock recovery

yeah i think u r right, so u have no recovery or no OS installed, correct, i wonder if someone who is smarter than me on here can show u how to flash OOS manually yet, i can try to pull the partitions and send them to u and see if u can flash via fastboot, it may take me a bit, but i will upload them and have u download 3.1.3 partitions, i don't think u can flash recovery with out BL unlocked but u may be able to other partitions.

OEM unlock essentially opens up the system partitions to be writeable, so since your system is still locked, it makes sense that you can't flash anything. There are a number of OnePlus/Qualcomm unbricking tutorials that you can lookup, but you'll need the right files and I don't think anyone has made a full unbricking set of partitions with flash instructions for the OnePlus 3. I could be wrong though. I think there could be hope for your phone, just not quite right away.
thank u @tesherx that would make sense on why he can't, i'll still upload them anyway so if anyone needs them for whatever reason.

I think those partitions will be part of the final solution, but there has to be flash maps with them as well to correctly identify the sizes, locations, etc. Considering the OnePlus 3's level of developer support so far, I think a complete unbricking tutorial won't be far away.
@cms062407 - sorry that you're going through this, this is a little weird though, oneplus should have given priority to unlock bootloader even when the os doesnt work.. i mean what will people do if their phone soft bricks ? its a dead phone since you cant flash files, enter recovery or factory reset !! this is just stupid of oneplus.. but then again if this was the case anyone would steal a oneplus3 and use it as their own... damn this is messed up.
Thanks. But, there will be a fix, right?
Have you tried to just erase your userdata partition to remove encryption with the command
Code:
fastboot format userdata
Hope you'll get through.

Even if bootloader is locked, there should be some recovery, OnePlus or twrp. Isn't it there?

Unbrick P9 single sim (using DC Phoenix)

There are many cases of people recovering their bricked phones but their solutions arent so clear when browsing the thread. For example, threads get abandoned once their phone was recovered, leaving people like me confused or stranded. I decided after days of trying to recover my phone share what I did to revive my P9. I hope this can help you.
Disclaimer***
- DC Phoenix costs 15 euros for 15 credits to use for 72h after initial flash (small price to pay compared to sending to repair shop or having a useless brick).
- i am NOT responsible for what you do to your phone if it broke
- this is what worked for ME, but im confident it would work for yours but no guarantees
- please read as it might give you some background information
- Bootloader code changes
- serial number resets to ABCDEF012345678
As most people on XDA, we like to flash stuff on to our phones. I was on EMUI 4.1 MM and I wanted to update to EMUI 5 Nougat. I did so successfully by installing twrp, flashing C432 oem info, and flashing B136 via SD card force update, and then using software update in the settings app to B182. Finally, I managed to flash B361 nougat via HuaweiUpdater2.0 and HiSuite.
Then, I decided to try and root my P9 but somewhere along the way, which I cant remember, I flashed the wrong recovery or something and my phone wouldn't boot - it was stuck at the huawei boot logo. I panicked and tried doing all these things using SRK tools, and HiSuite recovery mode, and eventually I was left with a super hard bricked P9. And for the next 3 days I tried all sorts of stuff to recover my phone. I really think I had tried everything (except sending to repair shop). Believe me, I think I had all of the symptoms of everyone in other threads along the way of trying to recovery it. I downloaded about 4 - 6 firmware files just trying to flash and flash but it kept being stuck at 5% or some error. I even bought the 15 euro credit to use DC Phoenix, which allowed me to flash the firmwares but it didn't change anything besides making my semi brick to brick again vice versa.. Nothing seemed to work. This was using Method 1 in their unbricking guide.
What worked.
There was a second method in the DC Phoenix unbricking guide, but the reason I didn't consider this method is because it required me to flash my P9's image file (.dgtks file) which seemingly can only be downloaded from DC Phoenix's download page (searched everywhere but nada). There is only the P9 Dual SIM image file, and I was afraid that this would have been very bad to flash. But in the end I had no real choice cause my warranty was void when I'd unlocked my bootloader.
Here's what I did:
Using DC Phoenix's guide, follow the steps for method 2.
When the guide points you to downloading the image file, find the image for EVA-AL10 (P9 Dual SIM) and flash it.
I followed the exact steps in the guide for method 2. *dont forget to remove your sd card during the process*
Once the flashing has finished, it should boot up briefly to encrypt the storage and reboot into update install screen. If not, then the phone should be fully booted up. There are no themes or any useful apps at this stage.
At this point you must flash your desired firmware using the force update method.
Simple - copy the dload folder of your firmware on to your sd card. On the home screen of your phone, there should be a tool (sorry i cant remember which) and once opened to have an option to force update via sd card. click that and you should be all good with your working phone. In my case, I wanted to flash the firmware EVA-L09C432B136. I copied its contents into the sdcards dload and flashed it without a hitch (i even got ota updates).
Please ask questions if you are unsure because I've probably missed some important stuff.
EDIT:
After flashing with DC Phoenix, for some reason the serial number becomes ABCDEF0123456789, and the bootloader unlock code changes, so the code is different from what you would get from the Huawei bootloader code
Thanks ever so much for above. I was bricked into a corner for the last day or so!
You are a life saver. I had accidentally installed the NRD90M test-keys version of Android N. Caused all sorts of issues. One of the issues with NRD90M was the fact there was no keyboard installed. I relied on google voice. When it restarted it wanted to be reactivated against my google account. FRP Lock had enabled itself. I used a USB A to USB C adapter and physically connected a computer keyboard and was able to enter credentials. I used DC Phoenix to flash the EVA-AL10 firmware as you did. I then used their HCU software to change my vender and country to hw,eu. After doing that I had to use DC Phoenix again to reflash EVA-AL10. Once reflashed I used the Software app on the phone to install VIE-L09C432B180 from the SD Card. I am now all working with Android M using a C432 (eu) firmware on a New Zealand Huawei P9 Plus. I should be able to install Android N now OTF. Thanks for your detailed post.
Question: so moodie007, do you confirm me: on P9 PLUS you flashed at the start the AL10 version of the "standard" P9 ?
It's not clear:
Once reflashed I used the Software app on the phone to install VIE-L09C432B180 from the SD Card

You can't connect adb if you can't boot. From the twrp you can try to fix your phone. Maybe change the oeminfo, or flash a rom, even shutdown your phone to do three button rom install. Do you get what I am saying?

Was the boot img rooted, is that why you have no recovery? If so, just boot to fastboot mode and flash stock boot instead of root, that should have recovery

But you get fastboot mode, just plug the USB in side port and flash latest raw WW Rom.
Here's the link to 1908.21

Once in fastboot mode (the first menu you see, before selecting recovery, start, power off etc is fastboot mode) check your device is recognised with fastboot devices cmd and then run flashall_AFT.cmd that'll get back your working rom . But also, delete or move the original zip from that same extracted folder, the raw rom with the same name confuses the flashall_AFT.cmd
So I flash the most recent firmware you linked and double checked in recovery that it was pushed to the device and it was, but when I try to boot into android I get the asus logo for a second and then it restarts and it will give me a screen that says "Your device is corrupt. It cant be trusted and will not boot" and then has a link to google support .

Did you let the raw rom flash entirely? It should take a minimum of 10 minutes... The phone should reboot twice (I think) as it completes... Maybe try again, but I'm not familiar with that message...
If the phone doesn't reboot, I would let it run for a half hour or so before rebooting...

The flash went during fastboot mode, then after the fastboot reboot command, the device restarted, but it only shows "Redmi" and the word android at the bottom. I tried to access recovery and fastboot mode, but powr+volD only restarts the device and only the Redmi inscription is visible.
I don't know what they call this state in which the device is.
If there is a suitable link on the forum, I would appreciate it.
Hi there!
What did you flash excatly?
I mean, did you flash the whole phone, or just a patched boot image?

Just the boot.ini. but I think this would make fastboot mode work. But it's not working

What should I use to reflash? Mi flash? This is the NS
Yes... I probably mixed up the boot file in the downloads folder and not the correct received flash

Then, you don't have to flash the whole phone again, just flash back the original image, and try rooting with twrp and magisk zip file (rename the apk file from magisk.apk to magisk.zip, and then flash it in twrp)
If you can't install twrp, or something went wrong, take a full backup from your phone (like using google's backup service, and Miui backup--> it 'll save the backup to internal storage/miui/backup/AllBackup) and then ypu can reflash the phone with mi flash tool, but don't lock the bootloader back, and after flash, you shuold enable oem unlock in developer settings.
One quick question:
Did you enable oem unlocking in developer settings, before trying to flash the modified image?

yepp, enable oem unlock. But fastbootmode is required for all operations. But fastboot mode doesn't work.
What do you mean it doesn't work?
Can't enter into fastboot mode?

Can't enter fastboot mode. The device only shows "Redmi" lettering. If fatboot worked, I could have done it already. power+volume down, the device just restarts and shows "redmi".
Hmm..
And if you holding the volD and power buttons together for a longer time?
Like a min, or sth
I had a similar situation, but after a few tries it went into fastboot mode

it just restarts, as long as I press and hold volume down+power, if I don't press it, it just shows the redmi text
I apologise, but I 've currently ran out of ideas. If I can find any solution, I 'll post an answer about it.

Hi there the forgive my on my bad english and text.
The Only thing u can do is restoring the firmware by using brom mode, Look it up or follow the steps i'll give u....
First keep in mind brom works best Without the batary conected . So remove the thin cover plate at the back u can loosen it with heat , after removing the cover move all screws and remove the housing so u can disconect the batary at the mainboard .
Next u will have to install the Vcom drivers according your chipset mediatek etc.
For the Vcom drivers and install of it u can follow https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16640.html
U must download or allready have a firmware file in fastboot format , Open up SP Flash tool and go to optionsd and select connection, click the w/o battery option and close it. Open your scatter file and than click on download . Insert your phone wile holding your volume down or up , with my device a redmi note 10s it was the up and down to getter for it was flashing the rom. this should flash your device back with a working fastboot and working rom.
Hope u will succeed...

Yep, this guy here 's got the point. If you can't flash with sp flash tool because auth fail, there's a method to bypass it.
You can find the tutorial here: https://www.getdroidtips.com/bypass-mediateks-sp-flash-tool-authentication-protection/
I also got some help from this guy's post, many thanks to him too.

Let us know how it's going with it! ;D
I can unbrick the device at any time. There is another problem. An incorrect boot file is probably being copied. After TWRP you will never enter android again. But TWRP also only loads up to the subtitle. I tried a lot of methods. Now I will try google p ex. android and make it root.
But, if someone can recommend a device intended for gaming, but easy to root, then I will buy one

If you can root it easily, then the expensive one is good for me! Normal root was not available for typical gamer phones for years. If I buy something for which root may not be available, then I'm wasting my money...
