Root, tell him to use Backup-TA to save his DRM keys, and then he can unlock the bootloader

Not likely as every phone has a different fastboot unlocking code

No method or someone cloud try fastboot oem unlcok in adb
No recovey.

were you able to decompile the bin file?. I am using the L5 II i was able to extract the bin file from the kdz image but I cant extract the bin.
excuse me, any has tried the port status bar from this stock Rom to JB 4.2 ?

you can extract the kdz by using this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24083497
from there it will give you 2 files FlashToolLib.dll and and a bin file
we are not able to extract the bin file at this point in time. the headers have been sent to this thread

we have been able to extract the bootloader using
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0boot0 of=/sdcard/unlocked-mmcblk0boot0.img
and has been sent to arnabbiswasalsodeep hopefully he can unlock it.
