How to restore the white text in the top bar and in the lockscreen - Xiaomi Mi 5X Questions & Answers

Hi, I have a problem, I reset the phone, but later after the initial setup I selected a setting that changed the color of the text and the icons of the bar at the top and in the lockscreen, practically the white text became black.
Do you know how to put the white text back on?

EVO 4G user... I was able to make some modifications to make my status bar transparent... looks nice... however its transparent all over the place... meaning when i open the web browser it gets lost in the white background... when i pull down notifications the it covers the whole screen except the status bar.. when i click the all apps button it covers the whole screen except the status bar... when i open my contacts again gets lost in the white background... however when i open call history or settings it turns it black and visible which i like... any way to make the browser and contacts display a black status bar... any way for the status_bar_background.png fill the screen including status bar?... any way to darken it when i click all apps button?

Hello guys,
Don't like the colourful status bar icons from notifications...
Any chance to clean in all white?
Maybe an theme or an mod?
Do I need to?
Got root...
Thx
Edit: better description
Not sure what you mean, the status bar has all white icons for me? Only battery shows green while charging.

How did you geht the German localization?
I heard that Mi Mix only supports Chinese ans Englisch.
Btw, is there be any chance, that Mi Mix will support Windows Mobile?
Thank you in advance!
Armin
Win Mobile? Why the hell...
And for german you only need open bootloader, custom recovery and a ROM supports multi-language (e.g. xiaomi.eu or multirom.me)
So the only of getting rid of the colour icons is via xposed or is there a setting in the phone which turns them off.
or edit theme,
If you change the notification icons to white using the above method, do the icons change to black automatically when the status bar turns white as it does for some apps? Or do they stay white?

status bar shadow

Greetings people, actually it appears to be an ugly shadow on top of status bar (homescreen), plz anyway to remove that shadow and make the homescreen looks more uniform ?
Is this on EMUI or a different launcher?
On nova, it is under desktop settings advanced settings at the bottom.

How to change the color of the navigation bar/buttons to red?

Hi, i have a sm-n960f and i would like to change the navigation bar and buttons color, how can i do that? I want them red. My phone is rooted.
Get xposed and then install gravity box module, it has many options for changing colours, size etc.
