JUKE with Dolby Sound and Viper4Android - Sony Xperia XZ2 Questions & Answers

Hi, and I have the following ..... I use the music streaming service JUKE, which works with Dolby Technology ..... which sounds very great. I would like to regulate with Viper4Android still a little clarity. but if I install Viper4Android with the sound drivers, the Dolby sound quality of juke no longer works. But I would like to run both in interaction

I had troubles before with my HTC 10 ,, and I just installed audio modification library. If using magisk ,, install viper first, don't restart, then audio modification library, and then reboot your device. Helped me

[Q] Google Play Music seems to ignore custom equlizers

Has anyone else here had luck installing and using a third party equalizer and google play music?
I am having difficulty using a third party equalizer. Google Play Music seems to ignore the equalizer every time a new song starts. However, if I skip the song to to the middle, the equalizer kicks back in. I can't seem to find much info about other people having this problem.
Steps to reproduce
1. Disable Audio Effects
2. Install and start a third party equalizer
3. Play a song in Google Play Music
4. Skip to the middle of the song
5. Press the next or previous song button
The audio goes back to "unequalized".
Things I have tried
1. Freezing Audio Effects
2. Installing multiple third party equalizers
3. Rebooted multiple times
4. Unistalled Google play Music updates
5. Disabled many apps
6. Disabled no aps
Other Info
* Moto X
* Verizon
* Rooted
* All Access music subscription
have you tried VIPER4Android? Its got its own thread on this forum if you search for it. Its the best EQ I've used. I also ran into EQ issues with gMusic but this one works great. I have an S4, not a Moto X but it should work anyway.
Actually just finished installing V4A. I can get it it kick in but then if I restart the song or it goes to the next song, it stops.
I can't get local pinned music to use any equalizer at all. V4A "driver status" says that its not processing.

What equalizer are you using? I have awesome beats with nexmusic, you have to find the right combination, if my memory serves me right, play music would fc when I used awesome beats. I'm firing play music up with awesome beats. I let you know if I have any FC's with awesome beats. Nexmusic is very similar to Apollo music, sleep timer and you can access the equalizer quickly unlike playmusic
Edit: no FC's with play music and awesome beats I also left all other equalizers active. I did nor freeze or remove Audio effects , also have music fx and noozioxide

I have tried about 5-8 different equalizers. I mostly use my phone to listen to the Play All Access stuff.

[Q] Possibility to install Music FX or DSP Manager in stock-based roms?

So I used Google Edition rom for a few days and found the sound quality with Music FX is really good, better than Beats Audio on stock. However, when I try to extract it, put it at system/app and changed permission, the Music app had gone crashed after rebooting. I tried instal DSP Manager too, same thing happened. Third party music players like AMP also cannot work. Is installing such EQ apps possible for stock-based roms?

V4A problem

Hello.
I was looking for the best audio experience for this phone. I installed v4a and tweaked a bit, but whenever I apply a convolver it introduces a small lag in audio output. I can clearly see the lag while I reproduce a video on YouTube, the voice and the video are not synced.
So which setting do you use? Are there any lag free convolver? I tried Dolby pro logic II, srs 2.1, dolby surround and pro logic.
The other setting I use are viper bass, viper clarity and spectrum extension.

custom roms headphone sound quality

so i listen to music mainly on youtube, the built in equalizer in OOS settings makes the sound great with the "general enhancement" option, but sound quality in custom roms is terrible and every single equalizer app on the store doesn't work with youtube ,any solution ?
Consider using Dolby Atmos (installable via Magisk), it's system-wide EQ.

Playing music from device storage with the LineageOS AudioFX EQ enabled in my car and on my headphones is crisp and clear. I also tried the built in EQ on BlackPlayer but found that overall it made everything too quiet for the volume that I had it set to.
