it's original single sim? better check is the hardware support or not, see if there is 'sim2' pin inside the sim slot

when I input dd if=/sdcard/sda of=/dev/block/sda and press enter, it show dd:can’t open ‘/sdcard/sda’:No such file or directory, what should I do?

In windows 10 he also displays the network provider but network is deactivated

i've note5 sm-n9200 hong kong default sim work as GSM:SIM1--GSM:SIM2 but if u want use CDMA just u have only SIM1 , Unfortunately NOT ACTIVATED.
so i try to do my best to activate to work but no way just either cdma in sim1 and automatic sim2 locked or let both sim work as GSM...
IF YOU WANT TO ACTIVATE SIM1 as CDMA do the following :
1- download "Shortcut Master.apk"
2- open it and from " MORE or OPTION button " select " Secret Code Explorer "
3- among 202 codes just select " 27663368378 " click it " Launch 0 "
--- now you get " Service Mode "
4- select [5] HW TEST
5- select [1] CDMA TEST
now use Key input of MENU for set 0 after that reboot your mobile and enjoy ony sim1 : cdma and sim2: locked
--to back to the both sim as GSM just :
select [7] NV REBUILD ALL
then reboot and enjoy.
if anybody have a way to let both sim work in same time like SIM1:CDMA , SIM2: GSM then tell us.
no one can reply !!!!!!!!!!!
Try other service menu codes like on Note 4. Did you look at all menu? I don't have Note 5 to look and help. If you send me full service mode menu. I can try to help you.

You can edit hw_default.xml on cust for that, you can show 4.5G if you want it to.
But doesn't means that is true.
You can e in 4G zone but no LTE.
Example my icon shows 4Glte because is on 4G network with LTE.
Huawe have a prop written wrong, i fixed and stars to show like this.
I can't remember for sure but i think is this
persist.volte_enabled_by_hw=1
.

Hi, I don't know if this information is still useful for you.
I have a P20 pro running on EMUI 8.1 and the device no longer displays "LTE+" anymore after I changed my device model from L04(Canada) to L09(Europe).
This method works for me.
For the Mobile Country Code(MCC) you can find it in this link. Open the link then try to find your country.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_country_code
For example, I'm in Canada and my Mobile Country Code(MCC) is 302.
So, I will input something like this in my terminal
settings put system hw_show_lte "302;260"
then reboot the device.
Some findings:
1. After I changed MCC to 302, the device doesn't display "LTE+" anymore.
2. I tried 310(US) and my device displays "4G+" icon, not “LTE” or "LTE+"(Maybe every country is different).

Yes, you have to put the quotes. I don't know what 260 means. I just follow the instruction form DarkJoker360.
settings put system hw_show_lte "mcccodeofcountry;260" This is the DarkJoker360's original command.
settings put system hw_show_lte "302;260" Then I changed mcccodeofcountry to the actual number

Your device is a Single SIM and locked to Orange provider and you want unlock it from provider and enable the dual SIM, am I correct?
If yes, oeminfo dual SIM from C432 is the right one for your case (SNE-LX1C432).
When someone share the oeminfo I'll guide you.
Please note that after rebrand the IMEI from second SIM will be null (000000000000000)
You should check first if this will be an issue for you?

First you have to check and post here your partition layout.
Connect your device to PC
In the terminal run this command to check the communication => adb devices
You should see something like this:
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>[B]adb devices[/B]
List of devices attached
9WVXXXXXXXXXXXX device
Then adb shell
Code:

Code:

At this point you need root.
Backup your oeminfo, identify as Single SIM and then save in PC

After oeminfo you have to flash a full firmware, dload package should be the best choice.
Search on this site https://androidhost.ru/search.html
Use this for searching MATE 20 LITE SNE-LX1 SNE-L21 and download the latest firmware for Europe C432
Note, be careful with dd command...
Before flash new oeminfo, place on the external SDCard the dload folder with full firmware, and you are ready to proceed with SW upgrade.
I did it all this steps on my device, your device is different, so do it at your own risk.
In the previous post you used a wrong command, you used "-1" instead of "-l"
To avoid mistakes use copy/past instead of.
So repeat again:
Code:
HWANE:/ $[B] ls -l /dev/block/platform/hi_mci.0/by-name[/B]/

To have the bootloader unlocked you have to payed, unfortunately is around 30 eur.
"Unlock bootloader" to install custom ROM is the most important benefit that I can remember, so far I see none, with Huawei politic to stopped provide codes , what I see is developers moving to another brands.
