I have HiStudio ( attached) , Win 10 Pro and M10P. HiStudio can not recognize the phone. Any solutions?
If somebody has a new version of HiStudio please post it.

What is HiStudio for? It's not preinstalled on my mate 10 pro.

Install it, find and open NV Browser ( even without connected phone). You will see.

OK, have you tried the whole restart, remove program, reinstall etc etc to make sure it isn't a fluke?
And if so have you contacted the developer to let them know yet?

You may have to request the dev to build new ones without SuperSU.

Afair you have locked bootloader?
Did you unlock it?
Unless you unlock it you can not do much with your device.

I tried updating through firmware finder and it downloaded a 609mb update. after rebooting it says Your device has failed verification and may not work properly and then restarts. Any idea why?

I don't know why you thought this was even a possibility with a locked bootloader. Good luck with all that
