Model numbers confuse me a bit - Sony Xperia XZ2 Questions & Answers

Here's a shot from Wikipedia telling only about 8216 and 8296 models. But I have the 8266 model and It confuses me a bit. Can someone list all models and their differences?

Different Verions of the P7?

My main phone is currently a Huawei Honor 2 (U9508).
I am very happy with it, but I want to upgrade to a P7 so that I have a bigger screen and NFC.
I have not seen anything official about different versions (except the Arsenal Version).
As is typical with Chinese phones, some vendors specifications vary wildly.
I know about the 2nd SIM/SD card slot, but some reviews say that this is only on a Chinese market version.
Are there really different versions (other than the graphics / color)
Do all versions have the same 3G bands?
Is it a pentaband 3G phone like my Honor 2?
Do all versions have HFC?
Do all versions have the same amount of RAM?
Thanks!
I answered (some of) my own questions.
Once I found that the models were designated P7-LXX, I was able to find lots of info; particularly this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2643183
In particular, I link to this site (German, but you just need to look at the table):
http://www.huaweiblog.de/handys/huawei-ascend-p7-uebersicht-der-versionen/
I guess that world wide, the P7-L10 is the most common.
I would want that or P7-L16, if it is even available.
I still don't have a trust worthy list of bands supported in the P7-L10 vs the P7-L16.

Difference between N5 models?

I'm going to buy a Note 5 but I don't know the difference between F, I, C, G models. I'm in the US (Arizona).. What do those letter mean? Which is the one for me?
Which model do you guys use here at the US? I know some versions don't have chargers for American outlets here
C isn't FCC approved in USA: https://transition.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/ (Grant: A3L, Prod: SMN920C)
all "i" based roms are compatible with "c" variants. (Dr. Ketan is I/C). http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63102652&postcount=29
"I" is the international edition with the most development.
See these links for band compatibility:

I would recommend "I" if the bands are compatible and the cost is comparable to others. Ask the seller if you're unsure what plug the phone comes with.
Ask if you need more info.

Pre-sales questions for owners

Hi! I've been reading plenty of reviews of the p9 and there seem to be some inconsistencies, maybe you guys can help me find the right answer.
1. Two lenses. In some reviews it says that the two lenses are never used at the same time, in other it says that they indeed are used at the same time and complement each other.
2. Connectivity. In some reviews it says that in the U.S. you won't be able to use LTE, since some bands are missing.
3. NFC. I'm almost sure it has nfc, but some reviews say that it's not there.
Thanks
1) dont know, don't know how to check
2) LTE works in the US. Check the bands, and if you dont want to manually check them you can use www.willmyphonework.net
3) The L09 verison has NFC. You can see which other models do or dont on this site http://consumer.huawei.com/en/mobile-phones/p9/index.html under "technical specifications" half way down.
1. Yes, it uses both lenses when shooting colour according to what I've read (the monochrome sensor allows for finer detail to be captured).
2. As long as you buy the international versions of the P9 (L09, L19, L29), it will work in North America.
3. Of the international versions of the phone, only the L09 has NFC and expandable storage (but only comes with 3GB of RAM & 32GB memory; the L19 & L29 have dual sim and 3GB/4GB respectively)

Thanks guys, very helpful. I think that if Huawei would be clearer on the specs the reviews would be even better. Another common misconception is that it doesn't support fast charge, when in reality it does support it but it doesdidn't come with fastcharger..

The non-carrier specific models sold only in China also support LTE networks in the US. These domestic models actually support more LTE bands than the international models and pretty much work in Asia, North America and Europe. Besides they are cheaper than the international models if you can lend you hands on them. But be careful because there are also carrier locked models sold in China.
All, domestic and international, but one model of P9 are dual sim and do NOT support NFC. The L09 international model is the only one that is single sim and supports NFC.

Are there any differences in models? SM-G973FZKDNEE vs SM-G973FZKDATO

Hi, I'm about to buy the S10, but I'm not sure if there's some sort of a difference between the editions.
My local one would be: SM-G973FZKDNEE
but the one I'm looking into buying is: SM-G973FZKDATO
and I don't know what's the difference between them. All I know is that both of them are S10s.
Found it! As I'm not allowed to post links, the site where I found it is androidsage, and the title is: List of Samsung Galaxy CSC Country Specific Product code and region they belong to

Galaxy S10 SM-G973X what variant is?

Hi, I saw online a guy who s selling an S10, which is defective cause after some month of usage it stopped recognizing the sim card, it just works fine with wifi. In the ad there where also some pics that led me to imagine the phone is original, but i still have some questions not replied yet, he took a pic of the setting page where you can see the model number and i read SM-G973X. I ve tried to look on the interet which variant it is but i had no luck, so im here asking and hoping someone can ask me. Thanks already for replies, much appreciated.
G973X means all Variants for S10 in terms of software builds and isn't a valid model number for hardware device. For example the international variant with exynos is G973F. Show us a Screenshot.
Sorry for my bad english.
