First of all i need to know that is anyone working on (Mediatek Variant) custom roms if not please someone start working on miui custom roms or oreo custom roms. Recently i was using lenovo A6000 but it got plenty of custom roms based on kitkat, lollipop, nougat but in Moto e4 plus there is No good custom roms are there. It is such a disappoinment ??

I can't tell you the reason for that, however I can assure that there are some stable & awesome custom roms, that have been ported unofficially, thanks to some active K3 users!
I am looking for a custom ROM for my lenovo k3 note device I have used 4-5 custom ROM which has some minor or major bugs.
Can anyone tell which the best custom ROM for lenovo k3 note with least bugs and good battery backup.
Any help is really appreciated.

Can i downgrate my moto e4 plus from android 7.1.1 to 6.0, i found nothing in google about it, only moto g4 or e3 comes with 6.0, can i use a firmaware from that phones, with one recomend to me if it is possible.

You could possibly build a custom Marshmallow ROM (6.0.1) ..that'd be your best bet..
Seeing how the E4 series comes with 7.1.1 there are no 6.x.x ROMs out there for it. If you really wanted one bcrichster's advice is the best. You'd have to build your own.
