No no , its just a twrp error .. You'll have to edit the assert lines (updater script) of the ROM or edit your build.prop
Can you do either ?
Yes i checked the updater script. There is no line that starts with assert. instead this is the error i see.

Just delete the first line and its done .. And assert lines doesn't start with assert , the getprop lines are known as assert lines

Just delete the first line of the updater script and save it
Now it should flash without error , also Download the image of twrp from official site and use that

if this is an official rom, then why don't you give us an official RR link to download? as the rom has voLTE issue, RR will not accept it as stable rom. so it is not official rom.
Also, developer doesn't care about replying queries of users.
