Found this Google Camera apk which works (Partly)on a Zenfone 5.only still works, video force closes the app.if someone can make the video work, it will be so nice !!

No he never fordbids it., He removed download because he dont support room anymore, But im a old user Repulsa Rom, Yesterday I decided to reinstall this rom and I noticed I dont have addons file, So I installed rom without addons, Now I cant use my phone.
Guys please upload this addons file.
He doesnt allow to upload. Repulsa finish
