Game launcher doesn't hide Fortnite from App drawer - Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Questions & Answers

Hi,
Game launcher hides all games from homescreen and app drawer except Fortnite.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
Thanks!

Nevermind.
After few restarts Fortnite disappeared and now it is accessible only in Game launcher.

Lag on app drawer and homescreen

Does anyone have experimented that the Droid 3 sometimes get a lag to load the apps in the app drawer or the widgets in the home screen? Why is that, it supposed that is dual core.

The stock launcher sucks. Use launcher pro, adw, or go

I get lag too. More with more widgets. Less with less.
Having more widgets is gonna increase lag no matter what phone

The problem is the low ram, the home screen is low on priority so it gets removed from ram whenever an intensive application is loaded.
I believe.

No icons on touchwhiz screen

I have a note on 2.3.6 unrooted with touchwhiz. Whenever I exit from a game Or app to Tue desktop screen. The screen will appear without the icons. The icons appear only after 3-5 secs of lag.
Any solution for this?

This is the launcher refreshing, chances are the game uses so much ram that some things have to close to free up that ram. Try using some sort of script to lock the launcher in memory something like supercharger script, it requires root access

Check for backgrounds apps before playing games and clear memeory

Change app drawer sorting now we have root?

Anyone got any ideas where to start looking at how the App drawer is sorted now we have root?
The only thing I hate about this phone, is the way it arranges the Apps, with system ones at the front and downloaded ones after.
I want them all alphabetical, but I don't want to spend ages moving them by hand...
I just switched to Apex launcher. Now with root, it can also move widgts from the drawer, and it sorts alphabetically by default. Don't know if this can also be achieved with the stock launcher, but i don't see that much advantages in stock either.
Yeah I would switch to nova launcher, but I want the weather widget

OK, that's a point... dind't notice that because i was using Beautiful Widgets all the time.
I hate that every time I open the drawer it says Loading.... freaking annoying for a quad core phone to have to do that

Just knock the animations off, app drawer and folders open in a jiffy

Yeah the Launcher from LG is crap. Just install the Jellybean Launcher from the market it rocks and its so much faster.
I really like the LG Launcher, for everything BUT the app sorting.

Games change the app icon size

Sometimes after playing a game, when I return to the homescreen the size of the app icons are smaller. It needs to reboot to get them right. See the pics in the attachment and you'll see what I'm talking about. What could be the issue of this?

Happens to me in app drawer. Entire drawer turns into smaller grid.
Usually closing app drawer helps

Do you have to be rooted to install the Google Now Launcher? It shows as not compatible with my 10.1 Tab Pro in the Play Store.
No just do a Google search for Google now apk

I use most of the time Nova Launcher! performance feels much better than Stock Samsung :good:
I tried Google now launcher and I can't get it to work right.
I installed it and I can't get into settings.
I click on the shortcut icon in the app screen, we'll when it in there, which its only in there when I have another launcher running, anyway I can't find a way into settings when gn is running, I've tried clearing cache and uninstall and reinstall and nothin.

It only has the gn settings available. You will have to use the app for settings in your app drawer.

Are you saying to use the settings for regular gn and not gn launcher ? Because I cannot find any settings to make more screens for it or just anything.

Nova Launcher is still my fave launcher
Another Nova here, in all my Android devices.
I find Nova Launcher's app icon fonts are too small. I'm using Smart Launcher Pro 2

You can increase the size of the icons from nova's settings, it looks way better than the stock launcher.
Best regards
