This is a theme that i made for myself (honor 9 lite user) and i decided to share it with everyone
This theme features :
AOSP style lock screen
Oreo style icons (with shadow)
Clean user interface with white system apps
Clean new navigation buttons made from scratch
Rectangle notifications
Changed colors for quick settings (More modern look)
Reduced gap next to signal icon
Some HTC style elements here and there

How to install :
1. Copy .hwt file into one of the following folders in your internal memory :
/HWthemes or /Themes or /Huawei/Themes
2. Close the themes app and reopen it to refresh

That's a job for substratum, not possible with .hwt themes.

Pls make one without notification background
Can you pls make one without the background-image in the notification panel? I will use your theme with my own background on the homescreen / launcher, but i can't remove or replace the default background from the notification panel. Please consider making one without this image. Thanks!

I can't make background fully transparent otherwise the visibility of toggle icons become less..

My research on chinese forums continiues, yesterday i found really beutifull Android Lolipop theme for EMUI 3.0. It comes with nice lockscreen that is almost same as the stock Lolipop Lockscreen. Icons are almost changed. The notification bar is different from the other themes also the settings menu, now we got the icons like material design.
All credits goes to vmall user who made this greate theme I just uploaded to google drive.
installation: just copy the file to the /HwThemes folder
Note: These themes are only for Emotion UI 3.0 versions of Huawei.

When there is no icon for an app within this theme, it displays the icon on a white tile. Why can't this icons displayed on a transparent tile instead?

Installation

3. Please reapply the wallpaper by long pressing the screen. (Because wallpaper looks horrible when zoomed and for some reason it always zooms the wallpaper when applying even though resolution of wallpaper is perfectly 1080x1920)
You guys can see that wallpaper looks very nice if you reapply it.

You didn't ask me if you could use my icons, settings icons, notification bar icons, dialer, system UI and navigation bar buttons.
This is nearly a completly rip-off of my theme (in which i put a lot of time and work!) with just some changes.
Please remove this theme, or change big parts of it!

You mean the gray background of the notification panel? I like the way it is now, but I think that I can make another version with a fixed background

Sorry for the super-duper late reply.
You can do that by moving the hwt file in Internal Memory > HWThemes (folder)
On EMUI 8 it goes in Huawei > Themes
