About IncipientOS:
This ROM is based on LineageOS, and will always have upstream changes merged in.
Everyone pretty much abandoned nougat development, so at first I just compiled personal LineageOS builds with some added tweaks. Eventually the idea of IncipientOS was born! From there it has been a steady and ongoing project. I will continue to add a few features, until I get to a point where I start focusing on Oreo development(since I'm already way behind lol). I hope you all enjoy!
Features:
-Full OMS support
-ColorEngine
-Built-in Changelog
-Built-in MTweaks (based on kernel adiutor)
-Compiled ROM/Kernel with UBERTC 4.9.4
-SQLite 3.20.0 (was 3.9.2)

You gonna work Oreo for lg l90?
Plan to give lg l90 oreo loving? I too request you to skip it and go for android p

The rom include root app super su or magisk or can we install it after install the rom ?

Excellent wallpaper in Google +!!!
I want me to make a TWRP theme for this rom if its easy can you tell me the name of the font from "IncipientOS" words?
(My themes https://plus.google.com/communities/118151252631894552764 )

Hey, i'm using it right now and i like it! Found one issue - maybe its my fault, but after reset - navbar doesn't appear, so i have to enable it manually from settings again. After install i did restore apps with data using MyBackup pro, ROM i was using before - AICP 12.1, so, maybe i have restored some settings from it that affect navbar behavior.
Also - how do i set custom ringtone? I cant find a button in sound settings

IncipientOS TWRP theme!!!!

can u change style application page to normal
Uuhh JustArchi optimizations, sounds interesting
edit:
Flashed it yesterday and no problems, rom is pretty smooth and has a lot of features.
-The Superuser request made settings unusable for a few mins, also a settings force close while I was playing around which i couldnt reproduce.
-The headsup notification look weird (it's like they're glowing+ they've have black corners) also there is no heads up tile(feature request )
Overall a nice rom gonna keep it as my daily driver

Radium-1.4 is up
To anyone who's hesitating to flash... do it.
Never used a rom as smooth as radium you should really try it out, you won't regret it.
Thanks for the update
does this rom have DT2w ?
which kernel and kernel management app do u recommend?
Flashed. Smooth and stable.
Double tap to sleep only
Hello, when I turn on trds some icons in settings are left untouched. Is this normal or any fix for it. I Have some wallpapers for this ROM. Can I put them here?
This rom doesn't have long press on recents to switch to last app? Can you please add this feature? (with the animation on pair with the others used in the rom would look awesome) And another request: can you please get rid of the round borders? Because it causes a glitch in the borders making it look ugly (look at the recents for example). Btw nice and smooth rom, keep the good work guys.
Is it possible to get rid of the rounded borders on anything in the next build? Also, it would nice to have the CM "recents panel" in which the cards/tasks go from the bottom to under the status bar, not from the bottom to the top of the screen like I've seen in the AOSP ROMs. For me, this ROM is the smoothest one I've seen and with the things I said above, it would be PERFECT. I hope you'll take into consideration my requests.
Nice work bro...
Great to see an indian guy
I have a problem, when ill try to pick in screen and led menu (inside of settings) it wont go in, show setting stop working, its say the allways y try pick it.

This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happilyintoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.
I will try to keep this updated as much as possible, but if you feel like getting the info as it comes out along with some nice graphics, check it out here:

Great ROM this.. Stable and smooth.. Not found a bug yet.. Thank you guys
It's quite weird, when I remove any system apps (Nova, Adaway or Browser) bunch of other apps get removed too this results in .phone crashing had to use TWRP to remove those. Just a headsup.
Best kernel management among MM cusrom..
Wait for next update
Definitely looks interesting. Quick question: Does VPN encryption works? Anyone tested it yet?

Hi bro Using from morning every thing is working like a buttery smooth... initial bootup took time but its not a prblm after that gallery and Music player unable to detect SD card after 2 reboots everything back to normal.... Charging is the only problem...Turbo charging is working slowly. Other wise its completely perfect ROM.
