Unusual behavior when airplane mode is turned ON and OFF - Xiaomi Mi A2 / 6X Questions & Answers

Anyone encountered this problem it goes like this,
So when you turn ON Airplane mode in MiA2 and switch the Airplane mode OFF then Bluetooth automatically turns ON. So is this a common in Android 8.0 because I observed this behavior in Asus Zenfone 2 Laser with Android 8.

I have observed this bug and I thought its just me.

Tried this a few times but was unable to recreate this bug.
Log it in the feedback app so Xiaomi can look into it.

This happens to me during phone calls. I get disconnected all the time. It's so annoying...

Yeah, It happened to me in my ex Moto G5S Plus and now on my Mi A2....

[Q] Z1 with Stamina mode on would crash and restart when receiving incoming call

It happened already 3 times: with STAMINA mode on, my Xperia Z1 C6902's system will crash and restart upon an incoming call. Has anyone else experienced similar problem?
Can you give more details? Is it ultra stamina mode or just regular stamina? Does it crash with it off? Does anything else crash?
Also I suggest looking at the post that explained how recent facebook app update was making some weird stuff happen and crash the phone all the time.

cheers.
All happened in normal Stamina mode. All happened when screen was off.

Do not disturb

Hey guys. Loving my note 8. I do have an issue. When watching videos, I lose sound. I discovered that the do not disturb button is enabled. I disable it and hours later it activates itself, without any input. If anyone has had the same issue, let's talk.

You don't by chance have the Do not disturb option "Turn on as scheduled" activated in your settings do you?
This is happening to me as well, in the afternoons the 'DO NOT DISTURB' 'Enable now' setting is automatically turned on
My 'Enable as schedule' setting is turned off.
I have also noticed my DND randomly turns on, and then it takes me several times of attempting to turn it off before it will finally stay off. This sometimes happens several times a day. I do have a schedule in place, but my settings within that also fall out - such as allowing alarms or my favorites. The alarm option will stay stuck in the off position until I end up having to restart the phone. Once the phone restarts then I can make the changes I want, but not sure why I have to keep doing this. My fear is that this setting will switch while I'm sleeping causing an alarm to not go off or I'll miss an emergency call. I could just not use this feature, but I really like it and wish it would work correctly. I never had this issue on my S7
I am having the same problem after the most recent update. DND turns on all by itself every afternoon.
I tried using the schedule figuring it might force it to do what I WANT it to do, to no avail. It still automatically turns on every afternoon?
This issue even happens in Safe Mode

Not enjoying this phone.

So I am having relentless problems with Bluetooth and phone waking up, first issue Bluetooth randomly drops when connected to car during a call, secondly when phone is connected signal won't refresh when it is in sleep mode, instantly when you wake up phone signal comes on, also when I click a phone number link in messages dialer comes up but number not there, do it again then number appears, ok Google has to be said twice to get speech recognition to open and when I'm connected to my smartwatch any notifications mostly don't appear till bluetooth is toggled on and off or phone is restarted, seems to me like some sort of wake up lag and Bluetooth issue, trying here for any solution before I get rid of phone, never experienced such problems before, ps honour 10 also had horrible Bluetooth issues. Any fix for this?
I guess it's probably connected to Huawei's horrible battery saving mode(s). From experience it will shut down so many things as soon as the phone goes to sleep. Did you try fiddling around with the battery saving settings?

Galaxy s10 screen wakes / turns on on its own... annoying bug

I've searched far and wide and can't find a solution for this issue.
Here is what happens: for no reason that I can see (no new notifications), my screen turns on its own. My phone is just there on the table when this happens and I haven't touched it.
This happens whether the phone is plugged in or not. It happens in the middle of the night and wakes me up.
Things I came tried:
- turn on do not disturb and remove all exceptions.
- disable always on display.
- disabled all lock screen notifications.
- disabled a notifications.
Other things I've tried:
Lift to wake and all other things that could wake the screen.
Did a factory data reset and re setup my phone from scratch.
Nothing works. Can anyone please help me?
Thanks in advance.
I had the very same problem until a few days ago when this behaviour suddenly stopped. What changed? I had shutdown my Pebble watch and connected a Wear OS watch to my phone.
I don't know what the Pebble did, but it looks like it woke up my phone at random intervals.
Maybe it a bluetooth device you've connected?
I'm expeciencing sometimes this behaviour when listening to the music on bike with phone in pocked on back. I disabled all "smart" funcions like smart lock, pocket detecting, wearing detection etc and it stopped.
I think it is caused by new type of proximity sensor used in whole S10 line (so I think it is hw related). I read somewhere than it detects skin proximity even thru several layers of cloting.
It is behaving strange even during phone calls - when put phone down from my ear, it tooks several seconds until screen lights on.
it's one of the things that bothers me a lot about otherwise great phone.
facing same issue
I always loved Samsung galaxy s10. I bought it from my friend who used it for 10 months. I am facing the same issue first I thought it is because he used it for 10 months and some bug appeared but now I came to know its not just me. if anyone knows how to fix it then please post a reply. I really need to fix this
I haven't noticed that on my S10. It sounds like something is triggering it, but what. Do all of you use Bixby because I don't.
