The source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Fantastic news !!!
Many thanks to the entire Developer's Team. Special thank to @YoDevil for this ROM.
BTW I guess the answer is yes... but is clean flash required when coming from the unofficial LOS 15.1 version ?
Thanks again !

Hey, that is incredible , what this phone can run ? Thanks @YoDevil! Is it safe to flash over 15.1 or better wipe all?

We didn't comment it, although the rom works well, it might not be for daily use (or maybe yes!). It is quite untested and many Lineage features are still missing.
You can dirty flash if you want to try, but as usual a clean flash is recommended. So take your own safety measures before flashing. Backup, etc...

Great ! Will try it...
Is there any gapps 9.0 version available somewhere ? Or will the 8.1 version of gapps work fine ?
Same question applies to LOS su add-on. There's not 16.0 version on LOS Extra downloads section.

Testing it. Clean flash.
Style and expanded desktop crashes, can not acces trust menu from settings, there is no option, but it can from the notification.
Otherwise excellent rom. Major things work excellent.
Thank you devs
This is incredible !!!!

Reporting Bugs
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

Thanks for sending me ypur link. I'm a novice at this. Please forgive my ignorance. Should I download the 13.0 ROM to my sd card and flash in recovery after wiping cache, system etc.. and then download the gapps? I tried to download the gapps before flashing rom and it wouldn't let me. I'm learning and I appreciate your assistance and patience.
Download the ROM and GAPPS to sdcard. Boot to recovery and do full wipe then flash ROM and GAPPS. Then reboot and enjoy!

Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention that my Tab 3 is NOT ROOTED. I understand from another source that I have to be Rooted to flash either the LL 5.0.1 or the MM 6.0.1 ROM on my Tab 3, If this is the case, I have to take those steps first. I'm new at this and I want to get it right. Thanks again!!

I finally rooted my Tab 3 and I'm ready to update to the MM 6. I see that you recommend TWRP 3.0.1 for the update. I have KK 4.4.2 on my tab and I noticed that my TW is version 4.4.2 - T217SVPUBOH1. Should I still use Odin to update the TWRP 3.0.1 before flashing the C13 MM6 and gapp? Thanks!!

@deadman96385 can you share your vendor and device tree on github ?
Bug report - recent apps key(the one in the left) behaves like a 'menu' key(one that was used in the early years of android).
P.S. I don't know for sure cause audio is not working, but I think FM Radio is working with LOS's FM Radio app. It found available channels.

GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your Sony Xperia XA2, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device(sd-card)
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
5) Reboot into Recovery again
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

I hope what created is right topic =)
For dual sim - u should have the stock rom is 1'st installed, there both sim are working. Coz cRDr rom have no "sony modem switcher" & modem configs. Use the stock rom for switch & configure modem.
Before install gapps or twrp or something else(magisk for example) from twrp-zip u have to reboot in twrp again after install rom. It needs for A/B slot switching.
Great thanks LuK1337 for his hard working at LOS! :good:
Hey - tried to give this rom a go tonight, but the rom download link is dead.
Hey, I just got back into rooting phones again (after a few years back last time when I rooted my Sony Xperia Z2), can you or anyone give me an easy to follow instructions on how to install this custom rom or any other rom? (I'm still confused about A/B slots thingy, and also like does it reboot automatically after flashing zip file even though I know that you can go "back" to flash another zip file? or maybe I just wrong about this.)
I don't know, I'm afraid of getting risk bricking my phone without following instructions...
Any update? Is the development for this ROM abandoned?
hey, im having a problem, the phone boots normaly. except in the google setup screen where you select a language, when i select one it freezes on just a sec..
Will there be an update for this rom or is it abandonned? It looks pretty good for a 6 months old rom. Thanks!
Will be updated soon.
I smashed up display. New one will come from China about couple weeks. When i fix my XA2, then i can testing new builds and releases it.

Introduction
LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10 (Q), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. I had updated my post. Any recovery with vendor support or any Android 10 arm64 should work. It's always recommended doing clean flash, e.g. full wipe when you switch between different ROMs. You may still try to do keep your data partition, but please don't report any bugs until you can reproduce them with clean flash.
Do I have a bluetooth connection problem for sound devices?

Greetings from Ukraine, @suzver.
Thanks for reminder, I had added changelog to second post.
Thanks for this awesome ROM,its smooth n fast.everything works perfectly without a glitch.what I did first was changing orangefox recovery to op unofficial twrp via team win apk, without formatting it shows error in twrp n flashing with magisk it did boot up but to twrp again n flash again without it yes it works.I m okay with less customizations.BTW I m using official open gapps nano.Hats off to you.
What you mean by wipe vendor partition"s"?
I understand that I should wipe system, data, cache, dalvik, vendor?
Well, a huge disappointment can't flash lineage-17.1-20200628-UNOFFICIAL-rolex.zip at all. I'm using miui 9.2.6.0 and twrp that you posted. Can't wipe vendor because it's not showing in wipe list, so I'm wiping rest. It's says flashing was successful, but gapps giving error 30 and tells me my android is 7.1.2! Something is wrong. I'm doing clean flash from miui. It's not installing at all, so OS is broken or twrp posted. You tried that twrp?
EDIT: Yup it's twrp thing, i used another that allowed me to wipe vendor, and gapps now flashing. Sir, next time better check please.

Thanks for report, @michal778 and sorry for that. I don't remember where I got recovery that I had on my phone. But I found a recommended recovery on 4PDA, I had uploaded it to the same dir on my server and updated OP.
I had double-checked that I get working LOS 17.1 + GApps with it, by flashing MIUI 10.2.3.0 via fastboot first.

So, I have been an Android developer since 2009 (HTC dream), and have been actively "consuming" XDA, custom ROMs and other tweaks. Surprisingly, never tried to build my own ROM from scratch. Recently, something made me want to build the ROM, so...

When coming from stock to this ROM or one of the other Lineage-based ROMs, yours prompts for a pre-boot decryption password and crashes on attempts to encrypt, while the other doesn't, using the apparently included default. That includes upstream TWRP releases.
Any data I could supply to help get FDE working on this? Might be useful for your other 11/R-based ROMs, if this occurs on them, as I haven't checked.

I know, however I actually find forceencryption valuable, in spite of it's shortcomings, and the linked Lineage 17.1 ROM makes it work (and makes TWRP work with it, too). The solution I would be looking for is not to disable, but rather support it.

Disk encryption is not stable yet on android 11 you should wait untill it get stable or better go with android 10 ROMs
Seems to be squared off in upstream. Since there's no official support for MSM8917, if you're tracking changes from a different device's tree, which device is it?

hi, i've been testing this rom, and i haven't been able to make it work with my sim card. The official rom works fine, and other sim cards from other vendors work fine on this rom.
I tried flashing the official firmware fw_rolex_miui_HM4AGlobal_V10.2.3.0.NCCMIXM_69d07208fd_7.1.zip, but I couldn't get it to work either.
Lineageos 17.1 doesn't work either.

Update your recovery to the latest orangefox recovery which has 4.9 kernel
Wipe data vendor system cache and dalvik cache before flashing the rom
Restore perisist backup (look for redmi 4a persist backup if you don't have)
Hi. I've been having a problem with this new build. After a while, after waking up the phone from deep sleep, I can't open any app or phone setting. The apps just stay loading. Programmed tasks like alarms don't work, either. I have to reboot the phone every once a while as a workaround. This problem was also present in Lineage OS 17, but it didn't happen with Thagoo's older LOS 18.1 build on Telegram. Maybe it's due to the new blocked wakelocks?
