Its pretty bad but I don't think so either I'm currently on cm13 because couldn't even hear somebody else while using Bluetooth headset for calling on a pie ROM

I honestly don't think so. Greatest respect to all developers who donate their time so that we can enjoy latest Android versions, but I do not believe any of them can, or want to, fix those bugs, which has been around for so long. Nowadays we are seeing new ROMs coming out, each with the specific taste the developer wants to give them, or, alternatively, existing ROMs are being updated to mainstream sources. But Bluetooth bug is something hammerhead specific, so just aligning with official builds of, say, Resurrection Remix or Lineage is not doing any good with respect to device specific bugs (unless the development team decide to tackle the problem, which is not happening atm). I repeat, greatest respect to all the maintainers who spend their time for free and allow us to enjoy Oreo or even Pie, but I do not see on the present scene real developers who have the skills, or the time, to put efforts in solving hammerhead specific bugs...

Why it requires miui for Moto X4? We require developments for lineage, resurrection remix, pixel experience like rom with latest Android pie 9.0. unofficial build of lineage 16(pie 9.0) is available on the forum.
With Lineage we have Treble, we can install any GSI.
MIUI is an A Only rom.
Will there soon be a custom rom for the 7 plus?......Havoc OS, Resurrection remix...

The bootloader is not officially unlockable, so most probably not.

Did you guys engineering model or normal?
There's an unofficial lineageOS 18.1 for it. You have to use the lineageOS custom recovery to flash it though. It's pretty decent. Erfan put it together. U can try some GSI ROMs. Normally our phone has total support of it.
Moto finally released the A11 kernel about a week ago. There will be a fairly bug free unofficial lineageOS 18.1 coming this week. It will be available at the same link I previously posted.

im trying to do it and im adding support for android 12 and android 13 if i can and MIUI 13 beta so its going to be unstable its not ready yet but i will publish when i end it , and my Other Projects its an Rom Based On MIUI 13 not the stock miui 13 a moifyded one its Going To Be called "My UI" or other thanks those are my two project the MIUI port for mg9p and my other rom later
And For The G9 Plus There is no expectation about a12 because the dumb motorola g series update policy its 1 year so no update

Today I'm announcing dot os 6.0 for moto g50.
Development starts Q3 of 2022 , because I need to gather vendor and other files to begin compiling. I don't know it will be GSI based or just straight up with TWRP. I just need some time to start. Also wait for the dotos team to release it, or just get now started on Beta versions.

It dosen't need to use TWRP. It will use dot os recovery for installing updates and etc. For TWRP you'll need to wait cuz i don't know how to actually port it to g50 because there isn't any vendor images in stock files and needs to be pulled from device it self.
