1.How's the charging speed?
Do you think it's as fast or faster than vooc (dash) charging
2. How's the battery in terms of screen on time and standy drain?

1. Charging speed is fast but not faster than vooc/wrap charge
2. Standby is good as it really kills most of the apps in the background and screen on time is also above average so I can get around 5-6 for my usage.
Gonna test it more over the weekend as it's not my primary device so will share the results on Sunday
Sent from my vivo 1804 using XDA Labs

voov charging is good at 1st 30 minutes of 50 percent but takes last 50 percent at the same time like v11 pro.so at 100 percent and time is same for both f9 pto and v11 pro.
remember '11 pro double engine charging is equal too qualcomm charger 3.0 supported by qualcomm 660 chip set.
so vooc charging is just gimmick.
result '11 pro charging same as oppo f9 pro.
im statisfy with charging of v11 pro

You need to install the drivers then or try a different machine. Adb works fine for me and no issues what so ever.
Try the 15 second fastboot and adb drivers or do the letest drivers form Google manually

Nothing for Pie yet, the only vivo device to have Pie right now is the Nex Dual Display. Hopefully other devices would receive Pie in the 2019 first quarter :fingers-crossed:

Agreed, except use of cores really doesn't affect performance currently. We need a better kernel desperately. Core restriction would be useful for battery reasons though

Root.bat keeps closing
I follow the procedure (ignoring step 1), and then get to the step where I have to click root.bat
The following message is on the display:
"Now send the package you want to apply
to the device with "adb sideload <filename>..."
I just double click on root.bat , and it opens and says it is doing adb sideload etc etc
It then says daemon started successfully before closing rapidly. (sometimes I am sure I can see "error ..." something, flash up just as it closes)
Would be really grateful for some help. Once closed, it won't open again, just keeps closing, and my phone is just stuck on the adb sideload screen.
Thank you for any help!

Already tried that twice. I'm wondering if one of the cpu aps has written to a file that I need to change back to defaults?
But what file and what defaults? I'm Stuck always worked fine until I updated to uk 20a official. Has anyone else with 20A uk had this problem?

ah come on, you can use Linux and Windows on the same Machine at the same time. so you bother to move the whole system to a single OS. Even on my laptop i am using Both Linux and Windows 7.

I know that, i'm running as my main system though, for me to install windows i'd have to format my HDD which i only have 1 inside the laptop, either i get usb-sata adaptor that's better than what i have right now or my only option is to format to install linux + windows, however.. on a tight budget and specs 500GB might not be enough for me.
So... a friend's computer it is for the meantime
My phone runs smoother than my pc.

I have uploaded the files to google drive. First you have to install the apk, then you can download the zip from the app, or just flash the zip that I've included in the folder. It's the same as If you downloaded the latest miui version from the app.
That's good news I can use xposed on the red prime, used with many samsung, though not understand how you install on prime.. Can you PLEASE kindly explain in easy baby language. I see on the google drive there are 2 files, do I flash or install them via twrp? Or install anther way? Please explain how. Thanks so much.

I have just tried it out by myself, so I installed the .apk file (xposed installer) and then you could select the appropriate version and architecture from the available versions in the app (miui, arm64). I uploaded the files (if you don't want to search for the zip in the application then you could just install the apk and flash the zip) in my google drive. Based on An Tu Tu reports, 2 cores of the CPU isn't working [with performance drop]

[ROM] Vanir/Commotio N71 Testing.

I have been trying to fix up these good old omap4 devices for N71.
I have no clue if it will boot, but if your brave enough to test I'd love to get some feedback
http://www.emccann.net/dho/3-Vanir-mirror/4-nighties/maserati/
I don't think anyone is going to test or may not consider it due to lack of information.
why would I try this instead of the Lineage 7.1 release that is working?
screenshots? features? bugs?
I've tried it on my second D4 (what I keep for backup and testing).
Installation fails with "E3004: This package is for device: maserati; this device is cdma_maserati"

As the sig says, been we have been supporting around 100 devices for 5 years.... if you don't know us, your obviously very new to the ROM community.
And LNG's 7.1 omap4 repo is a red hot disaster. That's what I am trying to fix.

then it shouldn't be hard for you to include a link to a main page for info about your ROM if it's so popular... or at least provide screenshots. I've been on this site since 2010... definitely not new to the ROM community- still haven't heard of your ROM. perhaps you're not as popular as you think.
post a link and i might be interested in giving it a shot...

Turn off battery percentage AOD

Hi!
I'n a proud Note8 owner (what a phone!!), but I have a question.
I like the Always On Display but I don't like the battery percentage. Is there a way you can disable it?
I've checked some skins but they are all with a battery percentage ;(
Hi.. You have to disable it in the Statusbar then it would also
disappear in AOD.

I did install andromeda desktop client. Also Installed system Mods bydraco
After running the desktop client the "substratum" opens. Then I select System mods -> enable "Always On Display" -> Select OREO Remove Battery -> I press Build & Enable
Then it prompts that Theme compilation completed with no errors.
Even after restarting the phone... AOD battery is still there
Doesnt work with oreo. I hate to see it on aod screen.
And after install it, how to uninstall this AODnoBattery mod apk?

Nethunter HID interface not found [Fixed]

Hey so, when I launch nethunter then start chroot the HID interface doesn't get detected, it just says HID Interface not found
When I try to open Duckhunter HID and launch the attack it says Something went wrong with the permission of /dev/hidg*
I've gone to the terminal and written cd dev/hidg*
Then it said that hidg* wasn't found
how do I fix this?

Thank You so much for posting how you fixed your USB issue even though no one replied. I was having the same problem and spent probably 3 hours over the last week Googling it.
This worked for me also! Thank you again. I'm on a Note 10 N970U if anyone is wondering.

I think the trick is to disable adb in the USB Arsenal section and make sure you tap the "Set USB Function" towards the bottom to save it. I would assume if it works for Note 10 Snapdragon it would on Note 9 on Lineage. I'm on modified stock. It's very lightly modified to as far as I can tell.

I can't disable because it's already disable by default and can't enable on usb Arsenal option. I have exynos device.

Hmmm....... Do you get a "USB set successfully" message if you change the USB setting to hid or mass storage or any other of the options?

I don't know much about kernels but I'm pretty sure it's stock. Is that impossible if I have root? Lol. I've had 3 rooted phones in my life. All have been Samsung. S7, S8, and Note 10. The Note 10 is my first unlocked bootloader. I have not had the option to change kernels as far as I know so I never really looked into kernels.
The code you posted works great by the way, thanks again. I saved it because after a reboot HID Status goes back to default.
Check out the screenshot for my kernel details

Kernel link? You mean the link to download the kernel I'm using? I really don't know, I just flashed a rom and it was a done deal.

Kerbal links? You mean the nh version? I installed about the only ROM available for my phone

Snapdragon, I've always had snapdragon with the added bonus of an unlockable bootloader, lol. Until my Note 10 but there are not many of us. I'm guessing because it costs $60 to $100 to have it unlocked. So there is not much demand for Galaxy Note 10 kernels and roms.

I said unlockable, what I meant to say was permanently locked bootloader, lol. My Note 10 is my first unlocked bootloader and it's great. I've had root on S7 and S8 but with locked bootloader. Sucks my screen is cracked on my Note 10 though. I also lost the stylus like a year ago, lol. I'm thinking about replacing the screen myself sometime soon
I think the $100 I paid to have it unlocked was worth it really. I regret nothing, lol.
