Hi everyone, can someone kindly write me the various steps of cpu frequency or attach a screenshot using CPU Spy?

That's a normal bug with Facebook and custom fonts. Google is your friend.

Been fine. I disabled 5g yesterday as I don't have it where I live or work and the battery is a revelation since
