In LOS Official ROM and the stock Motorola firmware are possible use the fingerprint scan as navigation, there's a module or anyone knows how to port this to A1 firmware?
My device is Moto X4, but the Moto G5, G6, etc has this function except for the Android One variants.

This would be really helpful as the main highlight of the phone is the Dual Camera enabling the user to use Depth Effect and many other features...
I'd like to bump this, while the gcam is nice, it's funky to work with or find a good one at best that works well.
At least if the stock gets ported, there should be a stable option.

Amazing how they release a phone on oreo and still not enable treble.
It was suggested by a poster on that forum (so not by Motorola) , that Motorola put the Oreo version on the x4 (6gb version) in a hurry and therefor didnt enable treble.
because Oreo got released shortly before before the moto x4 - 6 gb version was. launched. Hopefully motorola will enable treble for the 6gb, 4gb and 3gb version in the future...
Hi everyone! I tried to flash stock Android One firmware with the script and it's perfect. But on Moto ROM there is the feature that hides the navigation bar. Can you please link the stock firmware Oreo for XT1900-7 version? And maybe fornthe other variants, maybe to help someone else

Has anyone got an APK of the stock pie launcher from the Moto G7 Plus, I really want it to test it with Quickswitch on my Mi A1 but can't find an APK anywhere so if anyone can provide me with one I'd be very grateful.
I have a moto x4 and I wanted to "rejuvenate" via custom rom since the official updates stop at Android 9. I saw that there are many custom roms. I was wondering if these roms allow the installation of the moto action, or if any particular one comes out with this function already inserted, or if I switch to a custom rom I have to give it up?
I'm using LineageOS 17.1 on my X4 and moto actions/gestures are included in the build. Not sure about other roms.
