Possible but very tedious, the build system is designed to auto add gapps into the ROM zip. Perhaps you can try another ROM? I believe gapps is part of this ROM's User Experience so maybe something like AOSPX would suit you better
really its a good rom but its a hungrai in term of autonomie

So far the rom has been smooth and stable for my sprint galaxy s5...battery life is better than rr rom and lineage os and pubg mobile plays lag free until now..but one thing i couldnt find was the fm radio app that you included in your description could you please tell me where i can find it?.....thank you for the amazing work again
I flashed magisk 14.5, and it gets stuck on google logo, can i get any help?

The latest Magisk is 17.1 or 17.3 beta. Download and try again.
I found a bug, now suddenly whenever i open the built in Messages(SMS) App, it suddenly makes the phone screen flicker untill i close it from background/restart it.
My phone is KLTE, SM-G900F
Any1 else gets this bug? not sure if this happened because i updated the sms app through play store.

EDIT: Yes, it is because when i updated the Messages app thro playstore, it happened, now i uninstalled updates and works well.

It shows notification, just not on the status bar, Android removed Download Manager notification in Oreo itself
Does this rom have Customization like RR and Havoc or is it just LOS 16 with refined features or what....im running the LOS 16 rom right now and i will definetly consider this if it has customization....Thanks in Advance

there is a few customization, but far from RR or havoc
Hi guys. I've uploaded a video of my current setup using this ROM. It's really smooth and quite stable.

Things I've changed:
1. Installed Google Product Sans. You can download the font here. Install using TWRP
2. Installed Rootless Launcher
3. Installed Magisk and Magisk Manager to root my device. Then uninstalled some preloaded apps that I don't need like browser, phone dialer, calculator and messages using System App Remover. Then I installed Google Play versions of those from Google itself (for continuous updates/support)
4. Activated developer options and changed animations to .5x to make it really fast and fluid

Downloaded Windows 10 October 2018 update and when I installed Your Phone companion on my Zenfonee 3, it constantly rebooted every 2 or 3 minutes. I knew it was the phone companion app coz when I uninstalled it, my phone stopped rebooting

OMG! You rock, this rom is awesome
Guys loving this ROM but touch latency is fluctuating just like in latest Open Beta OOS. If you keep your fingers on the display and scroll up and down, you will see the touch latency fluctuate and jump at times. It's especially bad in developer options. Hope this can be eventually fixed. Also the haptic feedback is too strong compared to stock OOS. I will root tomorrow to adjust it, but I figured I'd let you guys know. Those are my two main issues so far. Otherwise I'm loving the ROM so far. Thank you!

Everything is smooth so far, however I found 2 bugs:
If I change to dark theme, nothing changes
Ambient display "Always On" disappers after some seconds
Please share installation process step by step or better make video, It will be very helpful for many users.

It will be useful only to beginners.
The instructions should be the same as for all Pie roms:
1. Be sure you're on a Pie rom ( be it OOS or a custom rom )
2. Factory reset
3. Flash the rom
4. Flash TWRP
5. Reboot recovery

When I used that rom it had some bugs (like battery draining), so I decided to make other that will work good.

Guys I'm running MIUI.eu 9.1.17, can I install this ROM and if I don't like can I roll back into my actual ROM? I know that there is a new feature called anti roll back.

Guys I'm running MIUI.eu 9.1.17, can I install this ROM and if I don't like can I roll back into my actual ROM? I know that there is a new feature called anti roll back.

There is no anti-rollback in mi6. But you'll need to format data to switch between miui/pie

Problem: When i going to Recovery is ask to insert a password/pin code but I don't have it.
Solution: With Android ten the encryption system changed, you need to have the latest Orange Fox Recovery (atm 10.0.2), make backup of data partition, format data partition, then restore it.

Problem: Wifi speed is pretty lower
Solution: That problem is a kernel issue, atm only Oniichan 4.1 and Yuki kernel have a full speed wifi but I can't build it from sources (required by PE).

You need the latest version of Orange Fox Recovery for any Android ten rom and you need to install with clean flash, so format data, wipe dalvik and cache, thats it

- SafetyNet fixed (overwrite fingerprint)

Hello, I have a problem with the rom, my messages are sent with a certain delay and duplicate, sometimes it just does not send at all, I already tried to play with the settings and put LTE or other but it's dont resolve the problem.
I would also like to know if it is possible to have the option "Live Display" using a patch to another because my RN7 has the Tianma screen and suffers Screen Ghost.

All the things I use works. GCam is working (slomo included) and proximity sensor is working without any hack.
The UI transition is smooth and boy, Android 10 is so good!
As there's no bug, I think it's time to ditch MIUI

I allready got used to Android 10 so i can't think about going back to Pie. Great rom.
When playing music, there is no option on the lock screen to play pause or skip. Is it possible to add that feature in the future updates?

Didn't know there astrophotography in 7.1! I'm using 7.0.xx version. Let me test and will let you know.
Update: seems like it should work on any version above 7 with the right settings. I changed the lines in developer settings and sticker the phone to the wall to capture in night mode but seems like it won't trigger astrophotography mode.
Did it work in other ROMs you tested?

You need custom recovery like orangebox and then flash latest magisk (v20 at the moment).
Can I restore data after clean install?

Edit: was originally trying to download the rom with my other phones hotspot, got them downloaded with the phone that had the sim in...

Great rom! I really like it, works smooth. But some applications are shut down and crash (I can't change the wallpaper, Viber crash in the chat). Unfortunately, the mobile internet does not work after rebooting, every time I need to reconnect the APN settings
UPD. I updated rom today, and google wallpapers and viber works fine. APN didn't work after reboot

I had the apn issue with los18, reconnected fine no big deal ... Did you wipe or format data?

Yes, I did all wipes, I saw reviews that I am not the only one who has such a problem with APN
Agree LOS 18.1 has same issue, but on new Pixel Dust (android 11) APN works well
Hi, I tried to follow the installation guide but failed to flash the zip.
I first sideload the reformat patch, then sideload the rom. The PE recovery stopped at 35% and TWRP stopped at 47% and failed at step 2/2.
The error message is the same

Bank app (HCE) work fine.
Just want to report APN bug is still a thing, also hotspot band setting seem to reset every time one starts a hotspot (keep selecting 5 Ghz, but it's coming back to 2.4). PixelExperience_Plus_sailfish-11.0-20210317-1910-OFFICIAL
VoLTE is missing (T-Mobile US).
Other that that super awesome ROM. Been sitting on unrooted stock for almost 2 years, happy to finaly use good custom ROM again. Thank you @PixelBoot
Would also be super cool if you could add Polish carriers' mbn files for VoLTE support (if that's even possible to achieve that way).
This is awesome. So great to still have updates for this phone. Will do my wife's XL first this time.
