We don't have fastboot flashable 327 yet. But we do have 318 and 247. Just use one of those and update to 327 using FOTA.
The link @apd55 mentioned is correct.

they've removed it from the SDK for some unknown reason.. download SDK v13 and extract the fastboot binary from there and put it in platform-tools.. there is a thread somewhere on XDA that has the v13 or I think you can download it from SDK Manager and look in your temp folder
Thanks for your help, I managed to get stock back by using the instructions in the link you posted.

Try this or flash tangerine 6.6 elf, it has Philz and TWRP both.

Need stock rom for NEM-L21C432B351.

I've tried searching for the stock rom for this phone for 2 days now, i just cannot find one.
i've tried to use custom roms, but only one that worked was this (https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-5c/development/elite-rom-nougat-builds-cxxbxxx-t3635413) but it didnt have audio for some reason.
eh
I've tried to use firmware finder on android to try to get the stock one, but for some reason i couldnt flash it. didnt work.
so is there some way i can do it via twrp?
First you have to flash the stock recovery and then you can flash the FullOTA with Firmware Finder.
To get the stock recovery you can download the rom on your pc, open the update.app file with the Huawei Update Extractor ----> https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho....php?t=2433454
and extract the RECOVERY.img. Flash this file like the twrp, same procedure.

Question STOCK RECOVERY

I download the stock fastboot rom in hope to find the stock recovery.img. But there is no recovery.img name on it. Wonder whats the image name for the stock recovery. Or any of you guys can upload the stock recovery ?? Thank you so much!
If you're trying to return a 10s to stock you don't need an .img file you either need the .tgz fastboot file or the recovery file .zip, using the xiaomi tool. Both versions are available on the official Xiaomi mi site. All the info you need is here:

the recovery is inside the boot.img, so you'll need to reflash the boot image
