Stuck on the recovery screen as per attached pic - Huawei P10 Questions & Answers

Dear friends,
I am facing an issue where my P10 suddenly started to reboot on the EMUI screen giving me 3 options only:
1- Download latest version and recovery (doesn't work tried on different wifi networks)
2- Reboot (just brings me back here)
3-Shutdown

I already tried the guide in below link:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10/help/tutorial-recovering-p10-p10-brick-t3600211
but I got stuck on the step of running the adb/fastboot didn't understand that, I am not even sure if this guide will help with the problem.
I have downloaded the update file for my P10 already and the Huawei Update extractor if that helps but a bit stuck.
Can anyone help?
Thank you so much

You ended up eRecovery for some reason. Did you try connecting to your phone from a PC with HiSuite?

Yes I did, it just says nothing is connected!?

Since HiSuite fails to connect and eRecovery refuses to download the latest rom I think there are only two options left:
- send your device to Huawei for repair.
- seek help from paid services like FunkyHuawei or DC phoenix.
Or did you unlock your bootloader before it bricked?

Hello every one.
i was trying to update my Huawei P9 with an official update 7.0 with a local update method.

What do you mean by local update method?
Also do you remember which build number the phone was on before you tried the update to nougat? The build number is something like EVA-L09CxxxBxxx (E.g mine is EVA-L093C432B386)
Are you refering to this image below:

I installed the TWRP recovery that was working.
and then I installed Lineage as written here.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/9-lite/development/rom-lineageos-15-1-t3780962
But on restart it stops like this.
I can no longer go into recovery in any way.
No combination of keys works.
If I connect it to the power supply it turns on and remains locked on the EMUI logo
What do you mean EMUI logo ? Erecovery , recovery or boot . would your boot not say honor ?
