I got the basics on how to make boot animations via images but is there any way to make boot animations with sound like the stock one?

Try this one, I put this boot animation together, its a looped galaxy s boot animation minus the verizon logo stuff.
I have an awesome boot animation I found out about on youtube, but found out on Phandroid forums and xda that you need a wav file to play music with the boot animation. I did what they said but it doesn't work...
I just need to know if I need to mod the '.desc.txt' file and make it play that way? or does the stock atrix kernel not support sound in the animation?
Anyways I posted the boot animation zip with the sound in case anyone can help.
i installed stock JVR ROM
deodexed it
everything is wonderful till i change the boot animation
boot animation works and it still work till screen go black,, when u press home button the screen shows boot animation still working
any idea why is that and how to fix it ?
You could reflash the ROM. Or if you can connect it to your computer in debugging mode you should be able to just delete the custom boot animation and it will default back to the stock one.
As for why it's happening I'm not sure, maybe the animation you're using isn't made correctly. Try with a different one.
Has anyone been able to change the boot and down animation?
I hate the rogers logo.
Just renamed the roger down and boot animation, then uploaded new ones.

hi i have deleted the bootanimation file on root/system/bin/bootanimation and theres no more boot animation appearing on every boot of my phone who knows this? dis someone ever knows how to get the boot animation file on system/bin/bootanimation back coz my phone dont even have boot animation because i deleted that file

if you have a nandroid backup,just restore your backup and you will have the bootanimation back..
