The internal mic of my Note is not very good for recording sound with video's at music concerts.

Hi everyonr! I purchased an external microphone BOYA BY-DM10 UC for the note 20 ultra with movie recording in mind. Unfortunately, it turned out that when connected to the USB socket, it records only loud noise and distortions. The microphone works properly when connected to a computer. Have any of you had a similar problem? Maybe you use an external microphone with a note that works? Nor could I find any setting that would be responsible for this. Thanks in advance for all suggestions.
