OnePlus 5 Info Hub
Hey guys,
I'm proud to present to you something we've been working on for a while. OnePlus 5 Info Hub is a little project we started to gather all the information about OnePlus 5 you might need in one place: Guides, tools, ROMs links, product info, you name it. It's free for everyone to use, gets updated regularly, and ties together with a discussion platform. Sounds good? Keep on reading!

OnePlus 5: The Newsroom
These are a group and a channel created by me, open for everyone.
If you’re not familiar with Telegram, the Chatroom is a group, where everyone can talk. You can ask questions, discuss various topics and report your own findings there.
The Newsroom is a channel, where only admins can post messages. You can find all the recent updates there, so you don’t have to search through all the messages in the Chatroom.
How it worksEvery new update etc. gets announced on the Chatroom so it doesn’t get lost. You can get a push notifications for these if you want. Discussion about these (among other things) happens in the Chatroom. This information will then be added or updated to the Info Hub, and at this point you can find it in all 3 places.
I strongly recommend you join the group and the channel, as new stuff will usually be announced there first. I will be keeping an eye on this thread as well, but Telegram is my priority.
How to contribute to this?You have created a new ROM, found an interesting thread on XDA or the funniest review ever on YouTube and you're 100% sure it needs to be on this list? Or you simply found a typo or a stupid derp by our noobish maintainers?
The newbie way
Join The Chatroom on Telegram and report your findings there. Consider tagging any (or all) of the maintainers so the message doesn’t get lost.
The pro way
Fork this on GitHub, make your changes to the correct .md file and submit a pull request.
The goal is that the Info Hub will contain everything you need in one address, the Newsroom will have all the news first, just a Push notification away from you, and separated from other messages and thus easy to find, and the Chatroom will be the place for everyone to gather and chat. I hope I'll see you there!

If you are getting it from China then it will ship with HydrogenOS.

Not yet, it will be out soon once it is available globally and custom ROMs will be out as well

Would a TWRP backup of OxygenOS work? I uploaded a system &boot backup yesterday that a couple of people have have useful.

When I click on the chatroom link using Firefox, I get:
The address wasn't understood
Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (tg) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.
You might need to install other software to open this address.
The link it is trying to resolve is "tg://resolve?domain=op5discussion"
Any ideas?

Same here using chrome...
Weird, link works fine for me. Make sure you have the app installed or Telegram isn't blocked by your ISP.

The last working PIE Rom for the XZ2 is called
"Android PIE Beta" and should be downloaded by official sources.
But it won't get updates anymore.
The guy wants YouTube views and tracks you via a bit.ly link.
Such a ******.

Seeing bunch of Xiaomi devices getting this os gives hope to get also port for Poco X3 Pro someday. If it's possible.. Device already has unlockable bootloader, official twrp and official LineageOS.

i have seen video for vayu with Utouch but nothing found on internet
Found out that vayu requires halium 11.0 which is in early development. Have to wait.

It would be great to see the device added to list of supported devices. Also, create a thread here in development so that people can easily find it.
