Just found out more Android 8.0 Oreo information comes directly from Samsung Members Notices section and Samsung Support.
But it not really accurate because recently SM-J330F United Arab Emirates was expected to be update in October on the Samsung Members Android Oreo Notices but its already rolling out in August surprisingly.

if you want to be able to receive OTAs you will have to flash BL+ AP+ CP + CSC which will make a factory reset (as your CSC will be changed to Russia or UAE).
If not, you can flash BL+ AP+ CP + HOME_CSC which will NOT make a factory reset. But you have to manually update with odin for newer security patches.

I bought my note 9 N960F/DS from Malaysia in january 2019. At that time my device was updated with 01 November security patch and oreo 8.1 and experience Os 9.5
Now i am in Pakistan. But my device still on november security patch and didn't get december update and also doesn't get pie 9.0 and one ui update yet. My device is official and original. My friend also have note 9 dual sim and he bought it from local market in Pakistan. He got pie update but i am still on november security patch. Can anyone tell me please what is the problem?
Mate got an S10 his Magnifine camera will not work, seems none will work on Android 10
Android 10 , with build date Thu, 02 Jul 2020 05:33:23 +0000. Security patch date is 2020-07-01, with changelist 18731944.
Can it be downgraded to Android 9?
Is their a Rom that is easily enough installed via TWRP?

Samsung is now rolling out the last major update for our A40, Android 11 with OneUI 3.1 on top.
This firmware have the March 2021 security patch.

Hii all. I purchased samsung s10 with android 11 (android sec patch level: March 2021) from UAE. The phone is working flawlessly but when i am checking the software updates the updater says the system is upto date. Is there any method to get the monthly updates in UAE. Kindly help.
