Mi8 SE SAR value - Xiaomi Mi 8 SE Questions & Answers

Anyone knows how much W/kg it is according to Mi8 SE Sar value?
I found in menu - certification value 0,254W/kg, but it's almost all in Chinese. There is no info nowhere. I'm afraid the SAR value is high and that's why Xiaomi doesn't tell us.

really very large think they will not buy it
Many people claim SAR levels on Xiaomi phones are higher than usual.
But, Xiaomi phones are available - through official channels - on India and Brazil, where both countries have laws in place regarding SAR values with a State official entity to validate each phone.
So, I would not worry, alltough I give extra credit to those brands who work towards keeping SAR values as low as possible, like LG and Samsung do.
Apple is another company with high SAR values, specially due to the use of metal all around.
More about SAR (Specific absorption rate) here or here.

SAR value of Indian Oneplus 3t?

Can anyone from India please tell the Sar value of Oneplus 3t at head and body and at what distance it was tested?

Very high radiation levels

Xiaomi’s Mi Ai is highest with 1.73 (value in watts per KG) closely followed by OnePlus 5T at 1.63. The old Mi Max 3 holds number three spot with 1.58 and the OnePlus 6T comes at fourth position surprisingly at 1.55.
The German certification for environmental friendliness only permits phones with 0.60 or less SAR value.

Yes the SAR value is high on the OP6T. The first thing that I did after receiving the device is checking the SAR value and I was disappointed.

Duplicate post much? There was already a thread created today about this. Why start another?

US standard is below 1.6 anyways. So if you're worried about the phone, you better start worrying about everything else you are being exposed to or have been exposed to.

The image shows that the SAR Value is 2.0 or it can be different value which can be good. I hope the indian version has less value.
SAR: 1.03W/kg (head), 0.72W/kg (body) (source from GSMarena)
SAR values are just the highest values taken during a test for FCC approval, it doesn't mean its what RF energy on any band your body absorbs at a constant rate. 1 smartphone with a lower SAR rating maybe worse than another with a higher SAR rating.
Personally, these measurements are meaningless, and not worth worrying about. But again. that's just me, you may have a different reason for asking about SAR.

Hello everyone!

My name is Max, i'm 38. And I like to poking, tuning and flash the phones etc. I just bought Xiaomi mi 11 ultra and found that its CPU SD888 produce a lot of heat, comparing my old Huawei. So i've found solution here in XDA how to reduce frequency. This is it.
