Note 9 AT&T APN - Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Questions & Answers

I can't seem to find the APN for AT&T prepaid unlimited plan. Does anyone know the APN?

Have you called ATT? Surely they can help you.

Getting HSPA+ speeds using iPad sim in GN

Hi...
I've been using my iPad 2 sim in my Galaxy Note without issues (using APN: broadband). But I've noticed I've been getting pretty slow speeds - just 3G, not HSPA+ "aka AT&T fake 4G speeds".
I plan to get the IMEI from a AT&T 4G tablet, like a Galaxy Tab 10.1 or a Acer tablet. Will AT&T allow me to switch the IMEI on my iPad plan?
Also, what APN should I use?
I've read a lot about using smartphone plans, but I couldn't find anything about getting full HSPA+ speeds using iPad sim.
Thanks in advance!!!

The Broadband APN and the Phone APN both use the same address space, so they're both on the new backhaul. Your data speeds on the Phone APN should be about the same as what you'd get on Broadband. Also, if you have a tethering option on your smartphone plan, you can still use the Broadband APN anyway.

huh? Don't you need a t-mobile sim card with a t-mobile account in order to pick up a t-mobile lte signal?
Basically it won't work.

That is the dumbest question ever. No it isn't possible as people would free load on T-Mobile's LTE network while paying AT&T... You either move to T-Mobile for LTE or stick with AT&T and HSPA+ with the C6903 Z1 model... Or wait for C6906 which works on AT&T LTE!
The OP is an idiot. Obviously doesn't understand the concept of common sense. How can you use one carriers SIM and use anothers APN? Oh wait you CAN'T.

[Q] Unlocked AT&T S6 Edge on T-mobile

Hey what's up guys I'm using a 64 gig unlocked AT&T S6 edge on the T-mobile network. I'm having the troubles of only getting 2g connection at best. I been on the phone with T-Mobile and AT&T to figure out why I get such slow speeds. My APN is correct, but the network settings won't let me select LTE/WCDMA/GSM on my phone. AT&T tech support told me to come to this forum and upload T-mobile firmware to the phone so it will pick up the frequencies I need to hit 4g speeds etc. on the T-mobile network. Has anyone had to do this before? If that is what I have to do does anyone have instructions on how to do it and where to get the firmware I need? Thank you!

US Cellular Note 5 - Mod to sue on Verizon?

I have a US Cellular note 5 that I would like to use on Verizon. willmyphonework.net notes it will work for 2g and 3g and "maybe" 4g as is. Verizon tells me with IMEI search that it will not work. I know they are both CDMA but at least as far as my searches have taken me, that verizon possibly uses different bands (13?) for their Note5.
I have seen threads where people get a Verizon SIM and use another IMEI and actually use the phone that way. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas that would enable me to use this phone on verizon?
Thanks in advance!
