Case query - HTC U11 Life Accessories

Hey all.
My friend has the 64gb U11 Life from Vodaphone Australia and he says that he can't find any cases locally to fit his phone, even the ones marked U11 life.
Is there subtle differences in size and layout between the various U11 releases?
Cheers

[Q] Is no-one else interested in Xperia Ultra?

I see a lot of interest in the Z1 as the natural upgrade from the XZ but I see no other comments about the Ultra. Is there something I am missing (besides its sub par battery life)
After University finishes in 1 month I wont have a need for my failing Nexus 7, and I read alot of E-books and so I thought the best solution would be to upgrade my XZ to the Ultra. I don't need a tablet but I do like reading e-books on a comfortable screen size. If worse comes to worse I'll just read on my XZ but I am looking to upgrade.
Any potential hazards I'm missing?
I think it's because most people don't like the idea of a 6.4" screen.
I wanted the Z Ultra, but apparently the camera is horrid, and I think it is made from cheaper materials than the Z1.
It's not that it's a bad phone. It's that you can get better.

Oh right. I never use cameras so even a **** one will do the job. And define cheaper materials ? Like the XZ is pretty solid. Does the XU use plastic.
Does the Z1 have a bigger screen?

Too big. Looks silly when you call somebody.

Size yes. As for looking silly.... That's reserved for golden iphones

I own a galaxy note 2 as well (and love it), but for me that is the maximum size I could deal with..
The z ultra is just too much phone for me. Some people will love it no doubt, but it isn't for me.

[Q] best battery for note n7000

waiting for your opinions
I have the gold one. No difference from the stock one except the fact it lasted a lot longer.
Stock died less than one year. Gold still works fine (1,5 years now)

Go for Mugen ones... they are awesome!!!!
http://mugen.co/?r=1&data=mugen+battery
I have the 3030 mAh gold and its a bit worse than the stock one. Gotta get the 5400mAh mugen battery since it has a leather pouch included aside from the bigger back cover! But i believe 89.50$ are a bit much for these... Wish it said 39.50$
Extended batteries' back cover nails are easly cropped, so u may have to search a new backcover when it happens. it happened that to me.
Don't buy on first link, it is NOT 7000mA. Also expensive.
On second link, "mugen" has "reputation", but dont know of that battery's quality/condition.
Don't buy on third link, in generally merely 3000-3250 mA.
Don't but "gold" ones. Not worth it.Not 3030 mA.
Take a look at that:

i'm using 2 of this now(for 5 months till now) and totally perfect, have original battery performance. Came from Germany. phone will remain slim.
My friend using polar cell battery for her s3mini and very pleasant, so polar cell is good to go up to now for me.

Looking for a new phone as I'm not happy with current phones

Found a brand new nexus 6 64 fb for 359. Good deal or no? T-Mobile band 12 support I'm assuming it has? And is the camera a worthy contender?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Decent price. Seen the 32gb new as low as $289, so $359 for 64gb would be OK price. Yes. It has band 12 on t mobile. Camera is average at best. Personally, I like mine but don't use my camera often, so take that for what it is worth.
Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
The camera is a solid option with ideal lighting, but without perfect conditions, the camera is average or maybe even below average.
Got a brand new white 64gb for 359. Excited for marshmallow

Congrats, I've had mine for about three weeks and I'm very happy. I flashed Marshmallow. I wasn't patient enough to wait for OTA.

OnePlus 3T Informations

Hey I got a link which shows the new OP3 T with a new color : Gunmetal
https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:QcIugThvkS4J:https://oneplus.net/3T/specs
Will you upgrade ?
Just to get a Snapdragon 821 instead of a 820 ?
I am staying so as the developers
Boefflo tweeted he aint buying another or switching to it.
Nops but the 128gb and the gunmetal is the only thing that attracts me but not worth the hassle lets wait for opo4 now and update lol
For me Gunmetal should be the official color since the OP3 release !
Looks so nice !
Seriously.......OP should not release this if its real......Just give OP3 community breathing room. It would suck to see Fragmented development/support. As much as I want the 128 GB, I'll wait and hope OP4 has 128 GB.
Hopefully the devs stay with the OP3 so I don't have to switch as it seems pointless to me.
If the rear camera is the same as the OnePlus 3 (as the link suggests - Sony IMX 298) then I'm not in a rush to upgrade.
New promo videos are up on YouTube for the new oneplus 3T and the oxygen os.

Also bigger battery 3400mAh vs 3000 mAh

Completely replacing the OP3 according to the article.

Any chance this bigger 3400 battery fits into the op3? It's the exact same size.

Actually the battery is absolutely the same. They only increased the voltage slightly...

According to one of user in reddit who got reply from oneplus "Thank you for reaching OnePlus, Dan. No, we are not going to dicontinued the product however we are still waiting for the update from our Main Headquarters as to when it will be back in stock. What we can suggest is, please continue to stay tuned to our forums or website from time to time."
Btw op3 is still available in India and some European countries
http://www.xda-developers.com/exclu...at-it-means-for-the-future-of-your-oneplus-3/
"However, the OnePlus 3Tâ??s battery is?*not physically bigger, rather it went through a safe voltage change from 4.35 volts to 4.4 volts?*(which explains the 13% increase in mAh, clever huh?)."
The whole thing appears to be mostly a non-issue to me........unless 16MP selfies is what gets you excited!! In that case you better pre-order that OP3T right away........and maybe get your hair done.

Can't seem to understand why oneplus would do this
I just don't get it. Is the original OP3 getting phased out? I see little reason why would they want to keep the original..
I just got the OP3 on Saturday. I am still with the return window.. Prolly gonna keep it. The $40 bucks ok, but you're looking to have this phone in December..
I'm relieved. It's a non issue the specs aren't worth the extra money and the devs already have our OP3 anyway can't see many of them changing. I'll bet the source will be easily modified to provide roms for both phones too.
Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
@ShadowRii That's the only thing making sense and one reason we won't see a price drop of the OP3.
I can't see how they could satisfy the demand for both phones.
With the new pricing of the OP3T they nearly "killed" the demand for the OP3.
So they switch a "currently out of stock cause of missing parts" to "currently out of stock due to high demand".
Who ever had this idea at OnePlus should get a bonus.
Good work
@ephumuris
Not worth? Nearly 10 % faster CPU, 13% bigger battery, better front camera for 10% higher price?
If somebody already owns an OP3, I'm with you but if you should decide between those two now... Would be a no brained for me.
Imho this pricing sounds fair
Well I'm officially out. Some amazing hardware specs, completely and UTTERLY let down by its extremely limited use outside of a few northern hemisphere countries.
Australian's who want fast 4G data will not buy this one. I'm one of them.
Bravo, Oneplus.

Anyone coming or used the htc u 11?

Has anyone used the htc u 11, in particular the 6gb ram version? I have tried to have a look at reviews online but there is few. I am very much undecided between these 2 handsets so interested to hear from anyone who has managed to use them both. Am especially interested in the performance variations between the 2 thanks.

I got both of them. My HTC U11 is the international version not the US version. Both phones are excellent phones, the U11 is faster some times but not by that much, all depends on your preferences, I like both.

Yeah I used the HTC U 11. Did not like it feels like a toy compared to the Note 8. It's like a gimmick phone.

I have both too. It's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned. Note 8 all the way. The HTC UX is its Achilles heel. It is sooo outdated. Le launcher the settings menu. It just feels so retro. HTC sense is useless and invasive. It was my first and last HTC phone. The only way I'll get another one is if it's a pixel.
Cheers guys for your thoughts.
