1) Please do not use TiB. If you want use then try Swift Backup or Migrate. These are better options for now.
2) Please Use Paid Themes preferably, so that Substratum Dev can keep on their good work.
3) If you want to try a new theme, try "Valerie" by bro @@DeadmanxXD. It's been my favorite ever since I tried it.
4) If you earn well, then don't hesitate to donate a few $$ to the devs you like. Its token of appreciation and will keep the devs motivated.

First attempt with BatikTWRP. Without gapps and magisk (but after success install wipe cache + dalvik) I got bootloop on my Helium.
Second attempt with BatikTWRP. With gapps and magisk (+ wipe cache and dalvik) bootloop again.
Third attempt with nijel8's TWRP. With gapps and magisk (+ wipe cache and dalvik) bootloop again.

boot fine, test almost all works, only camera takes about 15-20 seconds when change from back to front. Bluetooth not test yet so I don't know whether it work or not. Maybe tomorrow I will test it.. So far very smooth, thank you so much for bring this rom to our Mi Max :good:

Flashing Instructions

You can there should not be any issues. However I would still suggest a clean flash its always better.
As some who flashed every single rom available for mi max 2, I can c say that with few Compromises,, this isprobably the best rom for mi max 2??? thanks for all the effort

I do not know how to identify which sensor
I also don't have fingerprint.. Where can I find the boot.img? Can someone upload..? I'll try flashing that.

Also "latest stock" means you can flash the latest stock firmware.

dude! what u did is basically flash the correct boot image, then overwrite it by flashing the rom zip
do it the other way around: flash rom zip, THEN flash boot image, followed by gapps

Yes, for me it also has built in themes (I mean, some different pre installed styles by default, I think you got me). Concerning battery life and performance, Im using ProjectK r10 kernel and looks pretty stable overall. Great and beautiful ROM, with some nice wallpapers too!

1) Please do not use TiB. If you want use then try Swift Backup or Migrate. These are better options for now.
2) Please Use Paid Themes preferably, so that Substratum Dev can keep on their good work.
3) If you want to try a new theme, try "Valerie" by bro @@DeadmanxXD. It's been my favorite ever since I tried it.
4) If you earn well, then don't hesitate to donate a few $$ to the devs you like. Its token of appreciation and will keep the devs motivated.

May work, but i wouldnt recommend. Tried it 3 times, 1 time worked, 2 times not. Try using migrate APP and it will no Problem deleting data, cause you can "reflash" everything through twrp.

1) Does it work with Google Camera? I mean, with the portrait stuff and good settings working correctly?
2) Is it stable with apps and the system itself or does it still have random reboots and stuff like that?
Besides this, the ROM seems astonishing. Currently using Blackwing's return and seems fine
I usw gcam and it works. Beside the torch problem i mentioned above, i habe no problems with apps vor whatever. Today THW torch Problem didnt show up, so perhaps it was the beta Version of an audio streaming APP i used the last days.
Somehow it's flickering, when I'm watching videos in this rom look like the videos not perfectly rendering.
Anyone who's got same issue?

I passed from miracledroid to this .its faster for sure .antutu is lower thought about 3k .dont know why.my camera keeps force close.tried reflash rom the same problem .its sure fore redmi 4 prime too?how to solve this?

Found the problem .needed to enable camera2api in twrp.torch work too with that fix .try it if you this problem

The updates will work throught settings like ota ,or download it manually?after a day of use the rom is extremely fast ang higly customized.keep the good work.

Next update will be official and hopefully the ones after will be with OTA
Hi. There is no ExFAT support for MicroSD. Is it a kernel or system problem?
