Someone needs to port it. It's not available as an official for other devices.

Hello brother, Did you try porting miui5 camera app into miui6 beta? I was too looking for that cam app to make ui6 an awesome one. I tried that but I wasn't successful in doing. What about your results? Help me if you have succeeded. Thanks

is it possible to share a mi3 camera app from miui 6, it has manual control, excellent. would love to try it oi mine redmi note. cheers and tnx.
Guys we alll know that CM camera quality is not upto the mark as compared to miui camera. So I contacted developer dhiru so that he can work on imptoving CM camera quality.
He said he need LOGS for following things
1. MIUI camera on miui rom 'with HDR'
2. MIUI camera on miui rom 'without HDR'
3. CM rom stock camera without HDR
4. CM rom stock camera with HDR
So if anybody using latest MIUI 6 rom or CM based roms plz upload above thing. This will help for camera development.

You can try ColorOS Camera Port for Mi3W/Mi4W,it works very well when running CM Official.

Ironically, we have lots of camera ports but not one from MIUI! The reason because the camera is fully embedded in Xiaomi's framework, which is only available on MIUI.
I suggest you try some of the camera ports we have available on our mods thread, they should work fine on your OP3 - however, out of my experience the latest Google Camera app seems to work the best in terms of quality and performance. Just download it from APK mirror, install it as a system app and enable camera api2. Enjoy!

i use my Mi5 for a while. I try a lot of ROMs and now i´m back at MIUI. But only for the cam features. It feels like only MIUI use the full speccs from the cam? Like OIS and picture quality...
Is it real? Or only my feelings?
Is it possible to get a stock Android ROM with using all features from cam?

You can install the MI A1's cam port, TWRP and Magisk versions are available.
There is also Snapdragon Pro Camera and Google Camera. Both are awesome.

So I've been playing around with custom roms for a 1.5 year. I think I have enough experience and now I'm starting to get interested in mods and ports
Idk much about that and I just want to start asking how do I install the Xiaomi stock camera app in my Redmi Note 10 Pro with a custom ROM installed on it.
Also if anyone can explain me what does been "ported" mean thanks

May a ROM developer can help you.
But it's really difficult to get MIUI cam working in non MIUI Roms.....

Ported/Porting/Ports means a specific software that only works on selected devices and giving it support to work for other devices.
In the case of your question, Xiaomi Cam, or MIUI Cam, is the default camera application for Xiaomi devices tunes by Xiaomi themselves and only works for Xiaomi devices, with specific features for each devices.
ANX Camera is the port of MIUI Camera that works for Custom ROM and some non-miui based OS. ANX is a Magisk Module too meaning you'll have to root your phone to install systemlessly. Link to the download:

I recommend you to use v204 even though it's an alpha release to get the closest camera quality similar to stock. If that doesn't work, try the stable release which are 190R or 185R.
