Rom works well got no problems, had some phone calls but everything is good, i use Nova launcher with fluid n.g and magisk with Viper4Android and the Sony music app. Its fast and good looking. Edit: Added face unlock that works well. Still looking for a good camera app.

I am using the ported Google Camera with Night Sight Mode, ported for LG. With this Cam you can use both cameras, normal and wide angle:

Night Light not working for me and automatic brightness is always to dark imo. Rest is working great!

Great rom! Battery isnt as good as stock oreo so far but i could be wrong. Thank you!

I could be wrong as i say, only been using for about a day now ? performance definitely better

Just installed, coming from stock Oreo 8.0 with Nebula Kernel, wiped everything and installed with no problem.
First boot was with high temperatures on phone but I am thinking that it was because of charging and synchronizing everything at the same time.
Overall feeling is great, performance is smooth and we finally get that new gestures !
Things that I noticed and are not working:
- Slow fingerprint reader
- Too dark automatic brightness
- Night Shift/Light
- Raise to check notifications
Mainly if we could do something about AOD to use it with lower brightness it would be great ! Propably could do it with tasker to lower brightness when locked and after unlock to raise it. But this would only be workaround

Great rom! performance is much better than on stock. But i cant make GCam 6.x work. App is closing continiusly. Have you any ideas? Thanks!!

I just unlocked the bootloader and flashed TWRP coming from stock oreo. What can I do?

tested it a day now. no crashes, WhatsApp is good with this rom.
VoLTE is working in Germany.
Cant say much about battery life. At least it has no issue during screen on. Battery is same like AEX 5.1 I guess.
So far no issues. Good rom

I don't use WhatsApp, but Google voice works. So I don't see why it wouldn't. I still haven't been able to use the battery properly in the real world yet, but it should last a full day at least.

I use o2 as Provider in Germany. Contract, no prepaid.

Updates are scheduled weekly. Next update January 20

Excellent rom, the camera is ok and the battery life has been optimized. Unfortunately u-healt does not work

If you are facing some bugs other than the ones mentioned in the thread i recommend you to make a clean install with no additional addons you may have installed, and check if those bugs persist because many a times people use some scripts or tweaks for performance/battery tuning and end up with some things broken

Are you sure what is the error showing??, You should have done a backup in twrp

As always I thought it would flash so I didn't took nanbackup an i wiped data dalvik caches internal caches an flashed the rom it it said this rom is for device on7exelte an your device is: an error occuerd bla bla i didn't remember after that sorry for that ? but rom didn't flash ☹

I recommend flamegapps (basic, full). and don't use nikgapps above stock, Because setup wizard in nikgapps are force closing
If you want to use call recording, use flamegapps basic varient!
Don't post bug with non-flame gapps [like nikgapps], I test with only flamegapps
Don't dirty flash between vanilla and gapps version, It may cause bootloop and only method you can is format data. Don't try this!
DC dimming is not perfect for now. maybe there will weird brightness issues when using it.
Some buttons will not be working when using Smart Pixels function, This is not bug, just disable it when you need and enable again.
Pocket mode will cause idle battery drain, Be aware!
I strongly recommend NikGapps Core + Setupwizard Add-on on vanilla varient. There may be error on setupwizard when using Flamegapps.
Set Dialer as default app when using vanilla varient or there will be no call screen when calling
If deep sleep not working, Check pocket mode and turn off, then reboot. If pocket mode is already turned off, just reboot.

i guess so... first build had no deep sleep
that´s the only problem which actually prevents me from switching from MIUI to AOSP
pferformance is top but deepsleep is bad...

I'm on the latest LOS from Grewal (no OSS), since 1,5 days, so far so good. I installed Vanilla + nikgapps core + the apps that I need the most, and now I slowly add some more apps to see if the deep sleep issue happens or not. What I mean to say is, this issue is random, sometimes it happens right away sometimes after a couple of days. We have to either be patient or test ourselves

I'm on waiting bootloader unlock time period right now. so i just collect some info from all of custom roms. then i can choose the most bugless one... because trying it all will wasting time for sure.

Call recording is supported since vanilla varient and i have no problem on deep sleep.. it works

yes it's works... I've been installed it (given by telegram admin group).
one more thing bro, how to disable dt2w. it's annoying since that always wake on my pocket and touching everything randomly.
cosmetic issue, the lockscreen clock is mess... because it has two source to set it up (from Cherries setting & wallpaper setting).

What is the 'enable blur effect'?
Is it in the whole GUI, also with the quick tiles like the default Xiaomi rom?

Blur effect is enabled on UDFPS unlock animation from AOD, opening app and returning to home screen.

Also is there a working camera app please.

It's included in the ROM. (I bet you haven't read line 2 in the Changelogs lol)

I'll look into it, but discussion about this kind of mod app isn't appropriate on this forum. Meanwhile, check whether it's working on other ROMs.

yes its working on Cherish-OS-v3.9.5 and Cherish-OS-v4.0.5,but also don't working on PixelExperience Rom.
