Hello I Purchased A HTC One AT&T Unlocked Online, But I Don't Live In The US I Don't Use AT&T Sim I Try To Update My Firmware From Android 4.1.2 to Android 4.3 I Am In Need OF This Update Can Someone Please Help Me.

I Have Never Received A Update (From Either HTC or AT&T)

How did you try to update it?
Not being on AT&T won't prevent the update, you just need internet access. Maybe you can download the OTA and stick it in the right place , if there's a link somewhere. Is AT&T even up to 4.3 yet? 4.2.2 was skipped.

For The Past 3 Days I Have Tried Several Ways, No Help When i Try It Says No Update Available.
An When I Use The AT&T Update The Box Dissapears.
What's the AT&T update? Anyway, have you confirmed there even is an update? I understand HTC wanted US carriers on 4.3 by some date, but don't recall which or whether it happened.

Its The Software That Comes With AT&T Phones That Allows Them To Update Android Firmware, I Was Wondering If There Was A Way To Remove At&t An Run Stock HTC Sense On The Phone.
Wife's N900A on T Mobile cannot update over the air, thus I tried used Kies 3. It informs me that there are no updates for her phone.
It says " This is the latest firmware" however she is still on JellyBean?
Yes you must be on an at&t network to receive over the air updates.
Unfortunately kies only works for versions ending with mi9. Probably because sammobile.com only released mi9.
The easiest way to update is to borrow a friends at&t sim card and update. It might be possible for a Samsung rep at your local bestbuy to update you.
However since your on jellybean rom it's possible for you to gain root access and install a custom kit Kat rom. Check out the development section on here if you want to go that route.

I have an unlocked att s5 running on tmobile network and want to know how I can update from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 i have checked the software update on the phone and it says Up to date. I have also tried Kies3 and it says the same. My question is how do I update to 4.4.4. do i need a att sim card?

I am staying on 4.4.2 until 5.0 comes out but I would assume since its still the g900A you will always have to keep up with the AT&T updates like this since you can't take an OTA.
Yesterday (July 20) I got an OTA update on my factory unlocked S6 that updated me from PF1 to PG2. I suppose a similar update will come to T-Mobile models soon. According to Sammobile the last update (PF1) came out on the unlocked 920T 8 days before the T-Mobile version. My phone is still 6.0.1. The only change I noticed so far is vibration on the stock keyboard no longer works when power saving mode is on. Anyone else notice changes? I think part of this update is to allow Samsung Pay to work with the Gear S2.

Just got a used note 8 and I flashed it to Android pie with one ui (N950USQU5DSD3). Now the problem is that I can't update the phone via OTA. When I click software update its sticks at "registering device" with a spinning circle. Now I suspect that it's a U950W (my friend said it was locked with Bell and unlocked after the the plan ends). Now on sammobile.com the lastest firmware for note 8 (N950U) is N950USQS5DSF5. And I don't want to flash back to the Canadian version (n950w) because it doesn't get update as often as the n950u or n950u1 and it comes with a lot of Bell bloatware.
So for me to get a OTA without any bloatware, which version should I flashed?
