You cannot root the Mate 20 Lite... and at this point i doubt that will be possible to do it...

In your contributions to "[CLOSED][badmania98] Huawei P40 (Lite, Pro, Plus) Instructions, News, Discussion & Support" there are many comments and instructions that I have followed, since the Huawei Pro+ was also addressed with them.
My previous approach:
I already had EMUI 13 installed on my HUAWEI P40 Pro+ and downgraded to version 11.0.0.232(C432ER5P4). Then I read on this forum that I should downgrade to 11.0.0.260(432E3R5P3). So I went back to 12.0.0.218 and then got to 11.0.0.260(432E3R5P3). Upgrading to 12.0.0.218 was no problem. However, the subsequent downgrade was unsuccessful using both methods, first B then A (just tried it out).
Both versions get the following error message:

I think my P40 Pro+ or this series needs a different EMUI version. First my question, how do I get down and what do I have to consider separately with the P40 pro+ before installing Google Services. There is hardly any information about the Pro+ version.
