NEM-L51 in europe - LTE 800mhz B20 and 3g 900mhz ?

Hello.
Here is my situation : I just bought a honor 5c in france, from a french vendor.
To my surprise, I received a NEL-L51. Wich I thought was a chinese model that does not support every french frequency. According frequencycheck, or every source I could find over the net, it does NOT have B20 LTE and 3G 900mhz.
However, the seller I bought it from (FNAC) is not a small dodgy reseller. I don't think they would be selling something else than the official model for french market. And It seems that the NEM-L51 the model that is sold everywhere in france.
So I'm trying to understand. Is there a EU version NEM-L51 and a chinese one, with different frequency support ? Did Honor somehow add missing bands to NEM-L51 and stopped selling other models ? Are online specs somehow wrong ?
Eventually, how could I tell wich frequency the phone actually support ?
thanks in advance.

How do I check the supported LTE Bands?

Is there an easy way to check the supported LTE bands on a OPO 3T?
I'm going to china soon (beijing). Someone confirmed he bought a 3T in Shanghai in the "Europe/Asia" Model version (which supports Band 20 that need) even though I think they should have sold the Mainland China Version (no Band 20).
Now I'd rather not trust some store clerk with that, because in the end I have no way of returning the phone if Band 20 doesnt work. Can I check the supported bands on the phone in the store myself?
You can check it here http://willmyphonework.net
Just fill out the 3T version, country and carrier
Then, it'll tell you what bands work and if you could get LTE or not...
He's asking if supported bands can be checked on the device in hand.

Honor Play Carrier Aggregation Bands

Honor play specs do mention 3CA LTE-A however can anybody confirm if it works with Jio in India? I've seen some people complain on xda only that Honor View 10 CA wasn't compatible JIO 4g+ as band combinations were not correct for India. I wonder if its same deal with Play also. Can any play owner confirm?

Purchasing NA model with Band 28 outside of US?

When I purchased my RM3 through the official website, I indicated I was from Australia and was sent to the Global site.
The model I received though was the EU version which does not have LTE Band 28 (best LTE band for the two major phone carriers in Aus), whilst the North American (NA) version does.
I'm still trying to sort out a refund (I had asked before the phone was sent to ensure it was the model with Band 28) but support suggested that if I want the NA model then I purchase it through the NA site (na.redmagic.gg) - trouble is, that site only ships to the US and Canada!
How can I get my hands on the NA model?!?
Anyone? I can't even find external sellers (eg. Aliexpress) that sell the NA version, it's all the EU/Global version with no Band 28
Surely the so-called 'Global' version should have more bands than the North American version but it has less!

Where to buy (AT&T) and Band Support Question

So my question is a 2 part.
One: Where do I buy the version of the phone that is fully compatible with AT&T? Apparently the tencent models don't have all the bands available.
Two: How is the service of the phone on AT&T? Tencent or otherwise.
Thanks.
