Can I use a US CELLULAR and Cricket SIM in the dual SIM slot on the 10? - Samsung Galaxy S10 Questions & Answers

I cannot actually find an answer. I see there is a version of the S10 for US Cellular, but it's not clear if I can have US Cell be my main one, and Cricket or AT&T in the second slot and have it all work.
I went to bestbuy, they didn't know if an unlocked one could, went to US Cellular, they didn't know. I'm having a hard time finding the answer to this question.

I used cricket and tmobile on Exynos s9 dual sim before with no problem, but US cellular is cdma, right?

Samsung Galaxy doesn't offer a virtual SIM similar to iPhone, you'll need a Dual Sim International variant. Model number SM-G975F/DS is the Dual SIM's with Exynos Chipset. It's available on Ebay. This model breakdown may help.

[Solved] Can the Moto X 2014 (XT1093) take an AT&T or T-Mobile Sim card?

Hello everyone! I am trying to switch over to Straight Talk because my current carrier, nTelos, has been bought by Shentel and I was told that my current phone could not be used on the new network. Even though nTelos goes off of both the Sprint and Verizon network, my phone will not be able to use the new network that is owned by Sprint. (Which honestly confuses me since my phone has been running off the nTelos, Sprint, and Verizon networks just fine.)
Anyways, I was wondering if it was possible to use the AT&T or T-Mobile sim cards that come with the Straight Talk activation kit. I am wondering because AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon all use 1900MHz on band 2 for LTE. Also, the AT&T and T-Mobile variants have some of the same LTE bands as the nTelos variant. So, is it possible or should I just stick to the Verizon sim card that came with the activation kit?
Never mind. I can't get any of the sim cards in the kit to work with the phone.

Different Note 4 NA versions which one is the best for T-Mobile aside of SM-N910T?

It was briefly discussed before just want to clarify, there are plenty of GSM versions of Note 4, I have T-Mobile so would like to know which ones aside of SM-910T would work. I can verify that AT&T SM-N910A works fine, what else is good?
SM-N910R4 US Cellular not sure whether they are GSM
SM-N910P Sprint has a SIM card slot not sure what they are...
SM-N910V Verizon has a SIM card slot not sure what they are...
There is also SM-N910W8 (other Canada and PR GSM operators)?

As far as the Verizon and Sprint versions go, I am not sure if they support falling back to GSM/UMTS when no LTE coverage is available. These providers never used GSM/UMTS for their 2G/3G networks instead they used CDMA so that is probably what these phones support. Most likely the N910T or the AT&T version of the Note4 will be your best bet for on the T-Mobile network. A quick google search for US Celluar says that they also used CDMA, so their variant is probably in the same boat as the Sprint/Verizon phones. If you are really looking for something different look up the Note 4 Duos, was a dual sim phone released in Hong Kong and possibly other variants in Asia. My understanding is it only supports LTE/3G/2G on one SIM and 2G only on the 2nd SIM however.

Question OnePlus 10 Pro unlocked dual sim on T-Mobile USA

Hi folks,
I am looking to buy a OP10Pro dual sim unlocked device which would support all 4G/5G bands in USA, specifically T-mobile. I looked at some options available on Amazon or other websites similar to this listing - https://www.wirelessplace.com/produ...ernational-version-new?variant=42835975471274
Looks like these devices do not support all the 4G/5G bands similar to the official OP10Pro that T-mobile offers.
Does this option exist at all currently?
I am basically looking for an unlocked dual sim T-mobile variant.
Thanks
The "T-Mobile" variant is just the North American version (NE2215). I use it on T-Mobile and works great.
As for the Euro and Indian dual sim versions should work fine.

The 10 Pro doesn't support mmwave at all. The only thing different with the T-Mobile version is it has an IP-68 rating because T-mobile paid to get it for the ones that they sell. Essentially the NE2217 (TMO-US) is the same as the NE2215 except for branding and a certification.
I found this on OnePlus community forums.
NE2210 China
NE2211 India
NE2215 Global, IN
NE2213 Europe
NE2217 T-Mobile
Let me put it this way - Is there any dual sim model which supports all the T-Mobile bands including the mmWave similar to NE2217?
In other words, I am looking for a dual sim NE2217 model.
Thanks

This is mostly correct, the NE2215 is the North American hardware. OnePlus has really fragmented this phone's versions. Basically NE2210, NE2213 and NE2215 are all used for the "Global ROM" or International variant.

No because the mmWave feature of the X65 modem was never included with any 10 Pro. Also technically the NE2215 and NE2217 have actual dual sim slots, the SIM tray carrier is modified to prevent dual sim use. I'd also wouldn't be surprised if they never programmed a second IMEI for these variants.
Damn. It's getting impossible to stick with OnePlus. They not only botched the software but also removed the dual sim and not providing esim support.
I really do not know what device to buy next. My OnePlus 7 pro won't live forever.

I have, the phone has no 6GHz+ capabilities, the X65 has an addon module for mmWave and at no point in any OnePlus or T-Mobile marketing does it say that its mmWave capable. Multiple articles online also back this up. I purposely got a Pixel 6 Pro before I got this phone because it was marketed as a mmWave capable phone, but switched to the 10 Pro for other reasons. Also TMO-US doesn't clearly describe what bands are mmWave, but they include them in their 5G UC labeling. The only 5G UC band I ever get is n71 which isn't even near mmWave frequencies.
I really hope that the 10 Pro has the mmWave addon module and it just hasn't been enabeled yet by OnePlus, but everything I've read seems to point to no.
Ok. If I have to get a dual sim model which would support most of 4G/5G bands on TMobile, which one should I go for?
Any links to the model/store would be appreciated.
Also, will just swapping out the single sim tray with a dual sim tray on an unlocked T-Mobile variant do the trick?

NE2213 is considered to have all the bands and dual sim.

i don't know, my 8Pro SIM tray is slightly too tall,
The European model supports T-Mobile bands and dual sim, but is not certified by Verizon or ATT so I don't think a Verizon sim will work.
An unlocked Pixel 6 Pro would be good for what you want as it supports and is certified on all carriers all bands in North America and around the world.
I have got US model 2215, it has single sim. I bought dual sim tray and the second sim contacts are visible inside the phone. i believe this model can be converted to DUAL SIM.
My question is how can I flash EU or IN firmware on US model?
THanks
I have installed Indian ROM into my US 10 Pro (single sim).
Got a dual sim tray from china for this.
now i rooted and enabled dual sim in build.prop. I can see dual sim in settings but second sim has null imei. second sim is not working yet.
Does the NE2213 version with global rom have t-mobile wifi calling and volte?

No, i tried everything but no success. I quit. But the last hope is the custom rom. Maybe you could try that. I don't have the device now.
I have to stay on the official rom, so no luck form me.
Thanks anyway !!

Question AIO for the 998B/DS ?

I am in the United States and I have cricket, I just purchased the dual sim 998B/DS and I am not finding any ATT or AIO CSC for the phone. I am not able to get 5G over here on this phone so far so I am hoping somehow it would help with the cricket CSC. Maybe I am wrong, Cricket used the imei and swore it would work as well as Tmobile, neither sim cards allow 5g so far.
See at >Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G<.
There are huge differences between 5G bands support for the US and international versions.
So it doesn't surprise me at all that the inter-national model doesn't work in the US broadcasters' 5G bands.
I wasn't actually trying to surprise anyone, just seeing if anyone has a solution?
The problem is not in the phone and there is no way to replace hardware that does not support the US 5G band.
I read somewhere that in some models of Chinese devices it is possible to make a programmatic change in the hidden settings of the phone using a code entered in the phone's keypad. Try it.

The international Variant does not support the needed frequencies for 5G in USA - physically
There is no way to use 5G in US, without the Snapdragon Variant
Thanks
