[Q] Speaker Problem VIP SERVICE

Hi there,
I think my left stereo speaker of my phone doenst work, is this normal guys
please check your phone has the same or not
the left speaker volume is not so loud as the right one
pleas test it & share
Are you talking about the left sound channel when you plug in headphones into the 3,5mm jack or the left sound channel while playing back via HDMI?
Because the phone itself has only one speaker.
The two meshed slots on the bottom of the device are Microphone and Speaker (not two speakers).

According to the service manual, the left and right sound output channels are shorted - going to the speaker.
Please read the manual. Only one speaker.

[Q] Sound output problem!! MONO ONLY?!

Hi guys. When i got my z1 i realized that the speaker is just playing with one speaker(just right side of speaker)
Today i realized that the output sound has problem!when i shift the volume to left, i dont hear anything. And it has no difference when u put it on middle or just right.it seems it just on mono output! Is it ok?! (my friend has the same problem with his z1)
Help please
All Z1 are with 1 speaker at the bottom grill, it's made like a kind of acoustic case and the speaker is on the Right side of the grill but the sound come out from the Left side of the grill.
Nothing is wrong whit you phone. Is Mono speaker.

I don't know how concrete can be this test and what are you doing or doing wrong.
Yes, on headphones you should be able to switch between left and right earphone/speaker but I don't know how correctly test it right now...
Your headphone output has nothing to do with your internal speaker. Try some different headphones.

Dual speakers not working

I am unsure how the dual speakers are set up (one on bottom plus the earpiece or both on the bottom) but my phone only has sound from the bottom left speaker hole. I do not see any settings to enable or disable the stereo speakers. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a fix? Or do I just have a lemon?

Same here. 2/3 bottom left 1/3 from earpiece. Did you Figuren out if it is a Problem vor a "feature"?
A lot of phones have dual grilles at the bottom but it doesn't mean they have two speakers there. I think Axon M has one speaker at the top and one at the bottom. If you are watching a video at landscape orientation, both speakers are used at tandem.

I think you're right. Most reviews also speak of one bottom speaker.
It's a bit strange anyways, that the earpiece speaker's volume is about the half of the bottom speaker. So the stereo effect is a bit weak. It's ok for me and it sounds quiet good but compared to my former Axon 7 it is a definite degradation.

Mi A2 spekers?

My mi-a2 speaker (bottom of the phone) work at the right side only.
Do anyone have a phone that speaker work properly two sides?
It is a mono speaker phone, so yeah it is absolutely alright to work only on one side, this is no stereo speakers phone.
The other 'Grill', that looks just like a speaker, is actually the microphone.

Do the top and bottom speakers have same sound level?

My top speaker does not have much sound as the bottom one, is this expected?
this is normal

My wife's Samsung Note 9 is the same way.
OP7T (I think it was the t model) actually has a true second speaker (in addition to the ear piece speaker) so the sound is more even. YouTuber JerryRigEverything did a tear down and pointed out the fact it had a true second speaker.

Have any of you tried switching to Mono audio in the Accessibility settings. I've seen where it can make it louder.
