I have flashed version "FW-084-X00TD-WW-16.2017.2007.084.zip" before upgrading to Lineage 16 and now I want to try some Lineage 15.1 ROMs: do I have to flash some previous build of this firmware before flashing this downgrade rom ?

No you don't need to flash them in order
The latest from pie is 84( recommend for most roms)

Install 'samsung phone info' from playstore.
Check your csc.
Download firmware based on the csc using frija.
Flash the downloaded firmware using odin.
