mi unlock problem, can not unlock bootloader. - Xiaomi Mi 9 Questions & Answers

Hello,
Here I have a problem to unlock my bootloader of my global mi9.
I made the request for deverouillage in the rules, but after 360h, miunlock told me to wait another 4 days.
after 4 days, I have the message in Chinese (see photo) and impossible to unlock the bootloader.
I never had a problem to unlock the bootloader of my other xiaomi phones before.
Do you have a solution?
Thanks for your help.

Oh sorry missed that. What the error says in english is something like: the phone has not been used in the specified time and cannot be unlocked. Did you turn the phone off after starting the timer? Probably some weird anti reseller protection by xiaomi. I would try binding the device to your mi account account again.

It has nothing to mi unlock version to do. In the first place there was problem with connection between the phone and PC.

I mean I doubt that using older version of mi unlock tool have been solved the problem. The error shown on the image mean that connection between the phone and PC have been lost. There is no way to bypass the waiting time other then having VIP account or find someone who has and willing to help.

Can't unlock bootloader

I have tried over and over again to unlock the bootloader.
I've signed into my Mi Account, the same on both my PC (Mi Unlock Tool) and phone.
I installed the Xiaomi driver.
I click unlock, and then it gets to 99% before saying Unknown error (-1)
I've tried on two PCs, one AMD Ryzen 2nd gen, one Intel Core 6th gen.
After trying on the Intel PC, the phone is no longer detected by the Mi Unlock Tool, on both PCs
I really need help with this

Whenever I connect my phone while MiFlash is open, the phone instantly exists the bootloader, but stays on the bootloader if I reconnect it.
Edit: I also tried MiFlash 2.3.803.10, but my phone is not detected there either.
IT FINALLY WORKED when I disabled device signature enforcement on Windows.
Thanks for the help guys.
EDIT: IT DIDN'T BLOODY WORK. The unlock tool said successfully unlocked. When I check on the phone and through typing 'fastboot oem device info'
it said the phone was not unlocked.
EDIT #2: All of a sudden it just worked on my Intel PC with the newest version of Mi Unock

Question Please help me, device stuck in EDL

Hello I have run into a big problem, I unlocked bootloader and tried to flash xiaomi.eu it failed and now my device is in the EDL mode I cant exit it and when I try to flash ROM stock China in MiFlash the following error always appears: "write time out" Please, do you have any solution for this?
i have unbrick , but i can't to free . sorry
I have locked my phone once in edl mode , even took it in to service for repear and they were unable to fix it. Even took it in 2 reapir shops. But luckily I did more google and found solution, even I did try it for 3 days before I decided to take it to repair.
There is a special xiaomi ulnocking tool that just unlock edl and unbrick phone. It helped me so try to find this tool , I have no link and dont know where did I managed to find it and download it.
It is a different than official unlocking bootloader tool.
Sounds like the issue I have.

Even though I'm not even sure if mine is in EDL mode.
The one and only "life sign" I get is an unknown driver in Windows that pops up, when I USB connect it to my PC.
I tried at least 10 different drivers without success so far.
You won't be able to recover from this state. Your only hope is to disassemble the phone, unscrew the mainboard cover and do a testpoints method to open EDL port. Then flash china rom using MiFlash. Unfortunately that needs an authorized account.
thanks @Accidd
Does anyone know where the test points of the Mi 11 are?
This is how far I got right now

Hi sooo.. I might have a similar problem.
my Xiaomi box says K20
My phone setting said Mi 9t.
It was Bootloader unlocked out of the box
I cant remember if I went to Mi Recovery 5.0 and wiped data first, or fastboot locked the bootloader first...
either way, my Mi 9t is bootloader locked, with no OS installed, and I dont think I ever used the Mi account on the device. the phone is now stuck in mi recovery 5.0 bootloop, i can still go to fastboot.
when i try to use mi unlocking tool i end up with a chinese notification of error that i cant read and the numbers 629****711 which i assume is the mi account on the device, that i could imagine a few passwords for, but I dont know where to find the rest of the numbers to try. and mine and my wifes current mi accounts numbers dont match this one..
any thoughts?
p.s. obviously with no os installed I cant confirm usb debugging or oem unlock is on or not.
thanks for any help, if you need more info, i'll try my best.

The password is linked with the Xiaomi account. It should show which account is linked.
It should be possible to change from Xiaomi website.
Your bootloader is probably unlocked since you said it's China model with Xiaomi.eu ROM, so there should be no password.
