As soon as as I get my taxes back, I I'm getting the McLaren edition. I WILL be back for 110% help flashing this ROM. I'm coming from Samsung so it seems flashing is way different.

It's unofficial as you can read in tread title.
Unofficial = not officially accepted by core dev.
Open Source = code is free for anyone to take part of the code and in some cases depending on lisence developers release under free for redistribution like this one is.

nice rom... speedy and everything works so far really good. I also like the included wallpapers. It's a keeper!

Hello, first Thank you for that wonderful Rom. Everything works perfect for me. Think this is the first Rom which will stay a little bit longer at my Device I have only one Question. I have just noticed that the Security Updates at my Device Shows me the 1. November 2018. Is that right or just displays the wrong date?

They don't release source its up to soc maker and MTK doesn't release source code for it.

Everything is fine, UI is very smooth and fast.
Only hotspot is not working as like RR 9 for K5FPR, rest is OK.
I hope you fix the hotsopt or if have any solution, please tell me

Hospot is not working, rest is perfect. If you do not use hotspot frequently then its perfect ROM.
I am impressed by UI, Its very smooth.

What about GPS,cameras, calls does it work? If it works I will try it while waiting for the stable version of dotOS or RR. Thanks a lot before.

GPS: Not checked
Call & SMS: working :victory:
Volte: working :silly:
Youtue video: Blue screen
Hotspot: Not working
Rest is working
I use mobile for calling and hotspot purpose hence due to lack of hotspot I switched back to Oreo 8.1 Droid on Time
