Hi guys
Since my p9 is rooted etc I don't get OTA atm, so there is no way for me to tell if android n is already available. And I'm confused about all the beta versions around here. Is 361 an official release or still beta? And while I'm asking is root/twrp available for Android N?

- Did you join the beta program or did you receive the Android N update without joining it?
- What exact version number do you have? Any updates since you first updated to 7?
Seems to me like the update is still mostly in beta phase and the official rollout hasn't begun yet. At least in most places. Correct?

I received the update earlier today on my L-09 version P9. It is a (Hungarian) carrier locked phone.
- I did not join any beta programs before, the update came through as a 'regular' OTA update.
- the exact version is EVA-L09C432B360, no updates since this one..

Uninstall and install it again from play store. It worked for me. Good luck!

Me too, hopefully there is a way to put unbranded firmware on the phone for faster updates or at least flash firmware from other regions if they get it first.
I'm in desperate need for this!

.... download Firmware Finder in Google Play... In Firmware Finder on Add Model than type in Search nothing more than CLT and the result is CLT-L29
There are Firmwares CLT-L29 8.1.0.106(C33) and (C33log).... I can't say what (C33) is but Europe is (432). So be carefully....

Yes of course I already did that but we are already in 8.1.0.106, look my screenshot in first post, so is not à new firmware but initial release of firmware

I checked my C432 version from France and don't have too

Got the update in Bulgaria too.
ISO 6400 added in the Pro mode (before it was max at 3200) and according to Huaweiblog.de now there is ISO 102 400 in automatic mode. Google Maps bug is corrected along with visual glitch in watching full screen YouTube videos.

For those having Chinese version of the phone (RMX1991) who are non-China resident, here is a quick howto for updating the phone to the latest version with November security patch. Full credit goes to <Mod edit: Link removed>.
The idea: ColorOS is checking the updates server (seemingly otafs1.coloros.com; via HTTPS and it's own certificate) for OTA updates. If a phone is outside China, the reported update is still A.11. If the phone is in China, a new A.12 update is available. The update size is about 192MB.
Solution: use a VPN service which gives you exit in China. The tested free option is Panda VPN Pro, where you can get 30-days free trial period. Install this app, select China server (do not take Hong Kong), choose free trial, create password, download update by means of Software Updates in Settings menu, and be happy (in expectation of next updates with possible bootloader unlock).
EDIT: Probably easier to use Panda VPN Free, where you can select mainland China server at a cost of 30 second video ad. Panda VPN Pro tracks the phone and you can use free trial period just once.

I don't know what yo do. There is a notification on display every time I see the phone.

seems that the EMUI 11 Beta enrollment has been open for Turkey and UK and Germany.
i downloaded the Beta 11 EMUI apk and install it.
I have Romanian SIM.
AppGallery is setup for UK
Huawei ID is for UK
Settings-Language-country is setup fopr UK
I am also on VPN on East London - UK
But with all of these, i am unable to see nor attend the EMUI 11 Beta project.
Any solution?

No EMUI 11 at the moment, they are gathering testers. For my country there is room for 100 testers. When it be full they start beta roll out .

Is your region in AppGallery & Support App all set to the UK too? I have mine set to the UK (since the US is literally not an option) but you also have a UK SIM since you are actually in the UK.
A Reddit user (I can't access their profile) called HuaweiCommunity also made a recent reddit post announcing the open beta: https://www.reddit.com/r/Huawei/comments/j66wgc/help_us_help_you_test_the_new_emui_11_and_give_us/
