Battery and performance seems good, like stock kernel.
The only bug that I noticed (in your and DarkOne kernel) is that the voice of someone answering a call is a bit metallic

can you give me logs after a call? you can take it with matlog from playstore.
I n my nokia x6 all seems ok. It's a strange bug, but i will try to investigate. Thanks for the report.
A question: bluethoot it's working good for you?

Can I use this kernel with Magic?

Yes, the Bluetooth works good...
PS: if it could be useful (as you asked in the Nokia Mobile channel on Telegram to another user), I've TWRP flashed permanently (without touching vbmeta partition), Magisk with both no encryption and dm-verity
However, I can send you log, but how can I find call section?

Do You guys need powersave and performance governors?
I used this two times per year (one for brutal battery save and second for benchmark).
But here We will have zzmoove so xtreme batterywill be in, and for performance gov, this kernel will be not as fastest kernel on the world so I think We don't need this govs.
If You want that pls post why You want.

If You will download alpha1 version You have to know:
1. Ramdisk is from 01.07.16 nameless rom so propobly will only work with all AOSP roms that are buileded before 01.07 (but can support newer too but not tested)
2. Kernel at 90% don't support CM roms (not tested too so can work but propobly not)
3. don't have any features expect ArchiToolchain and removed governors (pegasusq is here only).
4. As alpha say, that kernel can have loooot of bugs. (but based on nameless kernel that is enought stable)
5. Alpha say that is a first of first versions so features is only that "better" toolchain and removed govs
"better" becouse in real this isn't better but I can't find perfect word or this.
All toolchains is good but I like this one
kernel support rom base on stock rom (Hyper rom & Eclipse)?

I disabled theres. Read changelog, then sey someting.
I only need pegasusq, zzmoove and sometimes lulzactiveq, so only that govs will be.
Yup, I will try something to complitly fix input lag but not now.
Now fixing a few conflict which goes from new changes. Maybe tomorrow will be beta1 (maybe not).

Stock kernel return error. Do not find a wifi network. Your low CPU is high (883MHz). The charge is like drinking water. How about you make a 200mhz li kernel?
Redmi Note 3 cihazımdan Tapatalk kullanılarak gönderildi
Lte speed too low.
The minimum processor speed must be 200 or 400.
Automatic screen color adjustment must be added.
@KabirKalsi
nice to see new kernel dev on RN3 Pro community
1- the voltage control you are uisng don't work!( i fixed it on my OP3T , but not on my Kate )
2-those CPU O.C frequencies are useless , because bus frequencies remain same.( even O.V won't help )
*newer Qualcomm chips won't overclock ( like old times with SD80x series ) as Qualcomm has locked the chips. only thing we can do is unlock the frequencies which are there ( B Cluster 1840MHz & 1958MHz / L Cluster 1440MHz )*

400mhz and 883mhz takes same amount of power. so it is good to set 883 mhz as minimum
We want to see a kernel with a CPU of 200 MHz.

It seems to work on nougat, but there isnt so much difference when comes to real performance, i mean benchmarks show the same 81k antutu with 20k gpu and 1100SC +3100MC Geekbench 4.. despite both aida and cpuz show the cpu frequencies as you mentioned, 2.38 and 1.71

I'm on altvolt's mod ROM (v3.6), and it's the same. UI crash.
Even zac's kernel give same bug.
Using E5803
Stock Rom .33
Flashed this kernel ..
after a day there is no crash , error or reboot..
Seem everything is ok !
he has to add to commit this change to the kernel to allow system customization to the kernel
+CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_BOOTPARAM_VALUE=1
+CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_DISABLE=y
+CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_DEVELOP=y
+CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_AVC_STATS=y
if not any moded app will crash ...super user mod relay on this changes
also init.d will be nice aswell enable core control
are you merging androplus source whit latest sony ramdisk or your just cherry picking from androplus to stock kernel?

i have also a crash with my modded rom, i´m on https://forum.xda-developers.com/z5-compact/development/rom-stock-z5c32-3-0-376r2dau-t3570248 this rom.
I compiled your kernel myself and it works quite well on my custom AICP rom.
But for some weird reason after a while the screen doesn't take any touch input. Buttons still work at the time.
I installed Green_Kernel_v0.2_e5823.zip and my phone had a bootloop and for some reason I didn't get any logcat informations of the problem.
Updated the kernel to version 0.3.
Who needs root, use Magisk-v13.

Write the script and attach it to the kernel.
Code:
#!/system/bin/sh
dmesg > /data/local/tmp/dmesg.txt
Updated the kernel to version 0.4.
The kernel on the stock firmware is pretty good, power consumption is normal.

Hi and many thanks again @janjan !
Installed your kernel and same bluetooth problem : disabled and can't be enabled.
Fwiw, this is usually a sign that the wifi (or other) kernel module is out of sync with the rest of the kernel. Probably a simple fix for him to make.

The kernel is not useable, it messes up the

Good luck,

I was able to simply revert to my previous kernel and reapply the root zip to get back up and running. Didn't need to reset anything. That's a temp solution until the bluetooth/wifi issue is fixed.

- Bluetooth is working fine. Don't know about wi-fi.
- Smoothness seems to be greatly improved.
- Can't install my apps from my phone in playstore (unable to install : Bluetooth connexion required). I don't know if it is caused by busybox (never installed before). I will investigate...

Use this kernel for Havoc OS. The rom will become much better. And why aren't there any recent changelogs for the ROM?
Works with Both MIUI 12 and custom Roms ? Please reply

someone confirmed it working on MIUI, I haven't tested personally
Nice to see one more Kernel. I did test this https://github.com/Blacksuan19/kern...o-hot-fix/Dark-Ages-Primero-22052020-0313.zip
Here are my observations:
Pros:
1. Very smooth and fast (read more in cons), keeps the phone really cool
2. Good to see you have retained 300 Mhz minimum and I observed cores go to 300 Mhz very fast after tasks are done and stay there when idle
3. When the phone is idle CPU is at 300 Mhz also have seen current drain/draw is < 100 ma for 30% of times (and 40-50% of times its below 150 ma and some spikes around 200 ma - 250 ma at times) which is amazing, am sure we should get very good battery life with this.
Cons:
1. I saw few stutters at times, like freezes. I had to lock the phone n unlock it to release from those freezes (these are not due to any apps etc, faced on with this Kernel and when I went back to Optimus 10.5 (like 10.5 because it supports 300 Mhz min and not 10.6 ) I stopped seeing them, never saw any such things on optimus.
2. Even though cores go to 300 Mhz and stay there when idle, when phone is locked and nothing running in background, I saw 0% deep sleep, same settings/environment optimus sleeps like a baby
Please fix these two and this kernel is golden

Sorry have been busy.
Am new to this kernel things etc, if there are any links on how to get logs (or you could let me know here), would re-flash your kernel when am back and share the logs with you.

continuous-integration, meaning it will build automatically whenever there are changes to the GitHub repo
Thanks dev
I was very upset with the battery backup. But ever since I used this kernel, I am getting a very good battery backup. Please do not stop developing this kernel.
