I bought a p30 pro, but huawei health didn't login and download previous data and profile, I come from a p10. I cannot find anyway to login into the health app with my huawei account, other huawei apps are correctly logged in to my account. My partner with exactly same upgrade didn't have the same issue. Thanks

I bought a P9 from china. This is not china telecom version. Thus, i can clearly installed the google playstore and other apps. Problem is when i try to sync my contact list i found it's not syncing. Can any one help me regarding this?

Hey guys, checking in to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problems/has found a solution to it.
So I have an Exchange Account supplied by my University, which automatically syncs all my lectures into my calendar, along with the E-Mails from my .edu adress.
It has been working flawlessly on my OnePlus 3 and I just switched to the P20 Pro yesterday. However, I tried setting up my exchange account as 'exchange' as well as 'Microsoft exchange', and the sync goes through (so it's able to login on the servers), and I also receive the E-Mails, but no lectures appear in my calendar?
I've tried deleting the data from my calendar app and re-syncing it, to no success. Deleting and re-adding the exchange accounts is not helping either.
Anyone here have a clue?

Did you enable this calendar account in the calendar app settings? Sometimes, syncing takes a while especially when "all events" is enabled.
I've had similar issues with my Mate 10, and didn't get my Exchange account to work reliable. Finally sold it. Otherwise, you have to buy a phone with known working software. On LG G6 and HTC U11 I had no issues with Exchange, from start.
Would be nice to receive some feedback, if I should send back the P20 Pro without opening the package, or to keep it.

I use outlook for all my emails, can you not use this and see if same issue?
Hello, sorry for bumping an old thread.
I encounter this issue where the mail will sync but not the calendar, this is on my p30 pro but I suspect it will be similar to mate 20 and p20 and similar phones.
My solution was to go into Settings ->Apps->Apps-> Gmail -> permissions. Then Add permission for gmail to access the calendar. After this I went into the account settings to force a sync and it worked.

Hi, everything is working fine with my P20 pro and mediapad m5 except for one thing... Huawei cloud, in particular contact...it doesn't sync anything. Let me explain, if I create a contact online on cloud website I can't see it on phone or tablet... I've tried to move all contacts on sim too and viceversa but nothing...my contact also doesn't sync with cloud online... My contact are actually Google contact..I see it on my phone but I can't sync in Huawei cloud... Did I miss something?

I have Huawei p40 pro and Smartwatch Fossil Wear OS. I have Google Service installed. Everything works, I paired the watch with the phone. I can't only enter the Google Store on the watch because there is a problem adding a Google Account. When copying or opening a new account, an error message pops up. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
You cant I'm afraid. No GMS, no wear account. You can pair and use it but no Playstore apps.
I gave up eventually and used my Huawei gt watch.

I have GSM installed. Everything works except the Google account on the watch. An error occurs: an error occurred while communicating with the Google server
I used a Huawei p30 pro, now I useing the Xiaomi 11T, which according to the diffolite has Google dialer, messages and Contacts. Does anyone know and want to explain to me how I could implement the Huawei P30 pro dialer, messages and contacts without rooting phone?
