I am not getting any notifications on my huawei watch except for the alarms.
No email, call or IM notifications.
Have you enabled them for the watch?

in the huawei health app under notifications. Also in the battery settings for app. Make sure the health app is being managed manually.

how ? a 3rd party app or via some settings ? I have turned on the extended settings or whatever its called but that hasnt worked

In the gear manager, there are more options in Notifications. Make sure you have the latest, or one of the latest versions of Gear Manager.
I was wondering the same thing I only get some of my notifications well like one some far and that's email not gmail just email app messages never gotten any text messages gmail messages (email) or fb IG nothing and I checked all the options in the gear manager notification under settings any idea or advice would be greatly appreciated?

I'm having the same limited functions on the gear.. using the latest mk7 rom
Go to gear manager on phone click on notification, scroll down to bottom and clean on more notifications, scroll down the now extended apps list and whattsapp is at the bottom... Tick the box next to it and your done. Of course you will only get the notification on the gear when phone screen is off, works really well.

Hello, whenever i get a missed call i have to manually unlock the phone and either check the notifications or open the dialler app in order to view my missed calls. they dont show up in lockscreen. all other notifications are working fine. any help? thanks

i tried everything, enabled all relevant notifications and still nothing. it is a dealbreaker for me because i use the phone all the time and i have to check it through status bar :/ any help?

I guess the best way is change the notification to silent and then turn it back on

Personally I just have no sound in emails. I am checking them all the time either way, so when I don't want to be annoyed silent notification does the job. (I receive circa 800 emails on a daily basis, so I would go mad if it made a sound every single time)

I'm using "Medium power saving" added an exception for the apps to not be optimized and still, don't get the notification.

Have you checked to make sure that they are allowed to use data in the background? I've noticed that Q seems to have a much more aggressive policy with putting apps to sleep. I have a hard time keeping TuneIn radio playing while I'm at work. It keeps killing it
